Its a fun way to experience csgo again, sometimes population is a bit down but the admins are always helpful. They could advertise more to grow faster

We are trying our best to grow by advertising, that part is harder than it seems

Thanks for your review. Since your comment we have added quite some new servers in a couple extra regions, even in the balkans. Our servers are top notch bare metal machines. So your information is sadly just false.
Terrible support that condones cheating; a cheater who is friends with an admin gets protected, while everyone else gets banned even though they haven't done anything.

Hi, we do not have cheaters on our support/staff team nor do we protect cheaters who are friends with us as far as we are aware. If you think so, please contact us with more info.
The Best Alternative for playing CSGO. Helpful Staff, Proper Anti-Cheat unlike in CS2, Voice Chat on halftime, og maps, proper matchmaking system, skin system, paid tournaments, increasing playerbase.
Stay far away from this website if you don't want to waste your time and energy! The platform operates without any clear or official rules, and the people running it (the owners and staff) treat their users with absolute disrespect.
I opened a support ticket and spoke to them as politely as possible, trying to clarify an unfair ban that was handed out without any proof. Instead of a professional, data-backed response, the staff started mocking me, replying with cheap ironies, and acting incredibly arrogant. To top it off, they abruptly closed the ticket without a single valid explanation. There is clear evidence—including screenshots of their chat logs and recorded conversations—proving exactly how these people make fun of players and abuse their power simply because they own the site.
This is a highly toxic environment managed by immature individuals who have zero respect for the gaming community. Do not log your accounts here, and do not risk your time or your skins on a platform where you can get banned at any moment just because an admin woke up in a bad mood.
Rating: 0/10. Completely avoid!

We’re sorry that this interaction left you with such a negative impression.
Your matchmaking ban was issued after a staff member directly observed your gameplay and concluded that you were cheating. Your appeal was reviewed, but the decision was upheld. We do not publish account-specific evidence or disclose our review methods publicly, as doing so could undermine our ability to enforce fair play.
After the original ticket was closed, three additional tickets were opened about the same decision. Two of these were created after you had been explicitly asked not to open further tickets concerning the resolved appeal. This repeated use of the support system resulted in the restriction being escalated to a full account ban.
We acknowledge that some of our responses were too brief and could have been communicated more professionally. We will address that internally. However, the bans were not arbitrary or personal: the matchmaking ban resulted from the gameplay review, and the subsequent account restriction resulted from repeatedly reopening the same resolved matter.
