The support works poorly, they don’t know their job and the solution to basic actions. The servers are lagging. In principle, you can play when there is a temporary ban on FACEiT, but do not buy a subscription. You won’t even be able to pay for it because it gives errors, and if you pay through crypto, then there is a 2x commission. You can just play and troll people, but nothing more. BTW anti cheating is miner is 100% lagging af with them and after downloading him:D U have to reinstall windows to fix ur problems.

Disgusting site. They have showcase tournaments every day for $100, which makes you wonder how it's worth it if there are hardly any Premium members using the site. Well, here's how: Yesterday, I purchased a Premium membership and tried a 1vs1 Tournament. I won the first two matches without any problems, but in the third match, I encountered a Russian player who seemed to be an administrator or the tournament was rigged for him. His gameplay was suspicious; he always knew where I was, fired pre-emptively, and to top it off, according to the rules, we were supposed to play on a ping-optimized server for fair play. Instead, the site assigned a Russian server where I had a 130 ping as a European. Despite the rules stating I could switch servers in such cases, I had no such option—what a surprise.

I managed to beat the Russian player 16-12, but then he filed an appeal claiming I cheated. (Needless to say, I didn't cheat, and we're talking about a 1vs1 match, not even a 5vs5 game.) They kept me waiting for over an hour during the appeal process, providing no information, and finally awarded the win to the Russian player, claiming I had third-party software running on my computer. Of course, this was not true. I asked for a full explanation, questioning which software led to the ban. Browser? Discord? I played completely clean, but they treated me with a dismissive attitude, stole all my money unjustly, and tarnished my reputation. Disgusting site. If you're not good enough, you'll be disqualified from every tournament you enter. I assume the same would have happened with Ladder tournaments; at least I saved myself the grind. Don't waste your money here. The system is set up to look good and make you think you can win, but the reality is you'll be banned and won't get a penny back. Be careful. Play on FACEIT or other platforms where at least the anti-cheat works. Here, they just review demos for two hours or pretend to and then ban you unjustly. I won't let these scumbags continue doing this to other users. I will take the necessary legal steps, even if it costs me all my money, and report the issue to European consumer protection, given that their company is based in Estonia

Postscript: They provide a copy-paste response while simultaneously contacting and threatening you via email. It's an absolute joke. No one should fall for it.
