This is not the first time we have used crystal windows! 14 years ago they put in a very nice conservatory with a thermotec roof which still looks like new today , nothing has broken or any blown windows. So that’s why we went with crystal again for our double glazed windows for our house. 10 years guarantee, they have their own workforce who fit everything not sub-contractors who may turn up on the day !! Crystal makes their own windows as well . A salesman turned up on a Friday and 12 days later they were being fitted. We had 2 fitters who were so nice and most important so so clean . The finish of the work is second to none and I would highly recommend crystal.

we recently had our windows replaced, we used Cristal Windows .from the start to the final sign off, everything was handled with expertise, the fitters were fantastic… very respectful experienced tradesmen . the quality of finish was above my expectations….. and finally, the fact they have been around as long as they have and offer fantastic guarantees on products and installations …. we are extremely happy to have used them ! .

The whole customer journey was outstanding from placing the order, survey and installation. I was really impressed with the skill and care employed by the fitter. It was good clean installation and and my old door was taken away. I was also grateful that the fitter was able to fit the door on a bank holiday due to my limited availability. I highly recommend Crystal Windows.

We had crystal windows fit new windows 25 years ago, so we thought we would get them to install our new windows and front door. We have been really pleased with the result, from the salesman to the guys who done the work. Bob and Tony who done the work were absolutely brilliant, everything was sheeted and left no mess. Would recommend these two guys to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble, was kept informed what they were doing. Brilliant , so pleased with the results.

From the fitters through to the manager Ivan I cannot fault crystals windows . Their non quibble policy really was tested with our property and Crystals showed 100% loyalty to it throughout - Our fitters Mark and Ben really did the best job with the most professional and caring attitude - if you ask for these guys you will be in the very best hands - they were superb !
Only downside was they both supported spurs 😉😂⚒️
