It's a great product. I'm not too tech savvy and I was looking for something a little different but had no gif so I just took what was available. I then wanted the same thing available on all three types of glasses and nearly got it, but not quite. There probably was a way to do it, but I didn't see it at the time. I guess that's why I like talking to a person in a store. But, the people I bought it for, love it, and that's what is important, and it is my second order, so I approve.

Crystal Imagery did an amazing job making whiskey glasses for office departure gifts. The team was great with communication. Our glasses arrived quickly, well wrapped to prevent breakage, and with perfect artwork. Highly recommend them for quality work.

Very easy to place order. I was provided a image very quickly. Ask if the image could be reversed, less than a couple hours got the new image example. Perfect!. The staff was fast and courteous! Product arrived in 3 to 4 days and looks exactly like I wanted. !00% pleased. I highly recommend this company.

I sent Crystal Imagery a photo of a US Army logo and asked if they could etch it on one of their advertised glassware. They were a tremendous help in their response and even sent an email of what it would look like. I just now received the shipment and all I can say is WOW, extremely pleased!!!! I looked at several companies before deciding on Crystal Imagery. Their ability to sand etch the very thin Glencairn glasses without compromising their strength was a plus. In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. What more can I say ... Perfect!

This is the second time that I've placed an order with Crystal Imagery, and both times, the service and product were fantastic. Both times, I requested a custom engraving where the image submitted was in color. I'd had no idea how to translate that into a design that would work. Julie, at Crystal Imagery, email me a proof of their translation, and it was wonderful. The service is fast - on both separate times, the time period between me submitting the order and actually receiving the completed product to my door was less than a week - maybe 5 days. These days, that's more magical than Santa Claus.

I will DEFINITELY be sending more business to their team.
