We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. Crystal Clear was founded by our experienced registered Nurse Rebecca Shields, with over 17 years of providing ear care in the community. A routine check, both ears were treated for wax removal.
Rebecca, the clinician, is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly.
Already booked for a consultation in December so I will have ‘ Christmas ears’.
Definitely recommend this clinic.

Quick and efficient hearing care
This was my first visit to get my ears checked... one was blocked. I had been to my local GP and had recieved a very cool, couldn't care attitude ... so I decided to go to Crystal clear (after a recommendation from their local pharmacy)
Rebecca was friendly efficient and gave a full explanation of the treatment. She made it a simple routine, which cured my condition immediately. I would highly recommend them.

This clinic provided me with good and confidential one to one service. I am visually impaired and I found the practitioner accommodated my disibility well.
After treatment, Crystal Clear Ears improved my hearing with almost immediate effect. In my view, this clinic is doing everything right, providing a particularly speedy service at an affordable price.
