We are proud to be offering a fully regulated, Nurse led ear care clinic in the South Tyneside and Sunderland area. We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. We are passionate that ear care should be accessible to all patient groups, by also offering mobile clinics to care facilities and the house bound. Thursday 15th January was my first visit to this clinic and I have to say I was very impressed with Rebecca
she is very easy to talk to and caring, she said I needed to have a swab taken at my GP which came back saying I need to see ENT urgent, thanks Rebecca I hope I don't wait too long for my appointment

Excellent service.
GP had diagnosed cause of hearing difficulty in my right ear as wax and prescribed olive oil and subsequently Sodium Bicarbonate as softeners before unsuccessfully attempting to remove the wax. Was advised to continue using softener, but following a recommendation went to Crystal Clear Ear Clinic instead where the wax was successfully removed at first visit.
Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
