Rebecca was professional, patient and totally reassuring. Procedure carried out with full explanation given. Mum wears hearing aids but wasn’t hearing due wax build up. Friendly efficient and solved the problem

After feeling unwell due to balance and vertigo I was recommended to call the clinic to get an appointment. The whole process and treatment was superb from start to finish, the team were so responsive and showed empathy and compassion to the problem I had with my ear. They explained what was happening and why I had been poorly then gave great advice on how best to look after my ears in the future. I would recommend this clinic - absolutely superb!
