good prices, reasonable customer care
had a couple of bookings with good prices and initially good telephone conversations with salesman Zak. However he seems to have disappeared and communications were a bit sticky for a while. Best plan seems to be to email the documents department who seem to respond quite quickly and reasonably sensibly.
Second cruise went very well apart from the seat-booking, apparently due to multiple airlines involved (seems to be a common problem on looking through the reviews).
A word for Kate in documents, who answered very quickly and efficiently to a couple of queries about this.

Excellent Customer Service
Had never booked with Cruise2 before, but wouldn’t hesitate to book my next cruise with them. Really enjoyed the whole booking experience with Paul. He was polite, friendly, extremely helpful and a lot of fun. When I contacted him a few days later with a minor query, he was very quick to reply and was able to answer my questions straight away.

We have just booked our 2nd cruise and we spoke with an agent called Zak Edmond’s who was absolutely brilliant in explaining and going through the cruise we wanted he was really friendly and easy to speak to , we have booked a cruise to New York and the Caribbean , Zak was really helpful in us deciding which cruise would be great for us , I would have no hesitation in giving Zak a call regarding future cruises as I know I will be in good hands

We wanted to plan something truly special to celebrate both of our 70th birthdays — not just a holiday, but a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Paul at Cruise2 listened carefully to all our ‘crazy’ ideas and created an incredible 28-day journey around Asia. It includes a Celebrity Cruise (with an upgrade), an idyllic stay in Bali, visits to Singapore and Bangkok, and a relaxing finale in Phuket, after what promises to be an unforgettable adventure.
The secret to a great Cruise Sales Specialist is listening, attention to detail and genuine care — and Paul has it all. He has been patient, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout.
As I am recovering from a trimalleolar triple ankle fracture, Paul has also been very mindful of my mobility needs, carefully selecting suitable hotels and locations to ensure comfort and accessibility.
We feel confident, excited and in very safe hands.

Bucket list Trip.
This is a bucket list trip for me to celebrate my retirement. Travelling alone I wanted to make sure everything was included and that I would be well looked after.
