Clifford has assisted us with two cruises and has provided prompt, expert service with both of our travels.

We just recently booked our Disney Cruise through cruise.com and had a very easy time. I don't like to book things online, so I called into customer service for them to help me. They were very helpful, answered all the questions I had and made sure I was getting the best deal from our insurance to our cruise total. They were quick at sending me the conformation information too!

I have booked 6 cruises with Cruise.com. I find their website to be very user friendly and i can complete my booking in no time at all. They also do not charge a booking fee and their prices are slightly lower than others.

I am not live in American continental, so I can't On-Line Check in. Please
kindly consider that everyone who booked cruise trip through your company can check in by on-line.

After booking with the cruise line, I passed it on to Cruise.com. I always do because I know that they will look out for my interests and needs. It is such a comfort to have them there to help.

The booking process was great, but I was told I had a 24 hour hold and then got an email saying I had to book right now, or possibly lose the booking. As I did not get the email until the next day, I could have lost the reservation, but fortunately it was still available when I called the next morning.

One more thing, I did not save a dime using this service. it was the same cost going direct to Carnival.

I didn't know what to expect when I called cruises.com, but my experience was great. My agent, Emmy, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. Great service!

It was a delightful experience working with cruise.com, especially the agent I worked with.Her name is Kelly at ext. 323. She returns my calls right away and answers questions we have.

Sharon Smith was our travel advisor. I contacted her directly (recommended by a friend who liked working with her) rather than calling Viking and working with their agents. I have worked closely with Sharon to complete airlines reservations. I liked having a single point of contact. She represented us with the Vikings to get the flights we wanted. There were a lot of emails to finally get what we wanted. She never lost her patience and always acted in a very professional manor. I would definitely use Sharon Smith for future cruises. Now I hope the Vikings River Cruise is also a wonderful experience!

My husband suit was missing on the ship. My personal things were missing. Very poor room service. We were treated badly and that is unacceptable.. I also notice incorrect charges is put on my Amex card. I will never go on Celebrity Constellation again. I will make sure that we share our experience with friends and family. I will Even go to the media if we do not recover all our missing things back.

This ship is excellent to sail on. The staff are so attentive to your every need. Milan working in the Casino took care of my daughter and my self as if we were the only people on the ship. Anthony who took care of our cabin was the same. he always asked each day how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was wonderful. The rest of the staff were the same. The ports were great where we stopped and we would take this same cruise again. Can't wait until we set sail again.!!

I have booked and got confirmation for a Caribbean cruise, I was happy with the sales staff and excited to go on my cruise. One day later, I received an email of another version of the invoice with a higher price. I was not notified that a change has been made. After spending more than an 2 hours on the phone, was told by a supervisor that there was a mistake made and my price is now higher. That makes no sense to me that the price can change after the inital price has been confirmed. I have lost my trust in Cruise.com and will not be a returning customer. In the end I insisted and my price was unchanged but the supervisor refused to honor my friend's cabin and raised their price. Very disappointed with Cruise.com

By booking through Cruise.com I was able to get a cruise at the last minute (days before) even though the cruise line said all the cabins were booked. I even saved $120 on gratuities! That's a great deal.

I will definitely book my next cruise through cruise.com.

I have used cruise.com for several years. My first experience was about five years ago when I booked a cruise to Antarctica. I had many questions, and I was lucky enough to get Heather Brooke as my agent. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice on many aspects of the various cruise lines and cabins. It was not our first cruise, but I felt that this was a "once in a lifetime" It was a wonderful trip.
I no longer check various online booking sites; I go straight to cruise.com, where I get the best deal without going from site to site. Another cruise has just been booked by me for the near future with cruise.com and with the help of Heather (ex. 150). For the record, I have had to deal with other agents a few time, and they are also very knowledgeable and helpful.
