Croydon Council what can I say, you are to be blame. You are not at all trustworthy. You stole and yet still you try to lie and control.Croydon Council I pity you or should I say, I pity the employee that works for you.He or she probably wants to complain but is void and trapped into silence. I hope their don’t go in sane with all the corruption their witness and wish their could complain. Croydon Council please change we the citizen’s of Croydon is crying out for a miraculous change. Transformation must take place in order for the city of Croydon to be revitalised once again. No more swindling and pinching out of the poor man’s pocket. No more homeless souls cast out on the streets, no more leaving homes dis repaired , no overcrowding, no more violence being left unattended, no more directors on vaccinations and no more rubbish left on the streets week in and week out. Croydon Council take a stand and aim to regain your citizens trust.

No wonder Croydon council is bankrupt. I am trying to pay a council tax bill. Even though I have an account it keeps asking me for my council tax ref. I am away and don't have it with me. Their email reminder does not have my account ref. So I can't pay online. Totally rubbish. Whoever designed the online payment system should be sacked

Got a ridiculous parking fine for permitted vehicle access which I can see multiple people have complained about as there are 0 signs and navigation systems (Waze) take you through the road. After speaking to a member of the council he advised me to appeal and not to pay whilst the case was under review. However I got stung with the Full £130 amount - after speaking to them again and told not to pay... again and wait for a formal response I've been hit with a further 50% increase to the fine. Croydon C***s I spoke to who work for the council literally scammed me into an additional £130 fine.

Absolutely disgusting and child trafficking behaviour from these people don’t trust non of them. They manipulated me in to cooperating with them just to try and get me locked so they can take them and put them in to care. They refuse to communicate or update me on anything for almost 11months straight! They refuse to take accountability. All they do is destroy families and display so much illegal activity it’s unreal real it’s ok because I have taken you lot too the papers so the press would love some answers when it blows up 😆 so good luck and see you all in court. You have got away with it With other parents kids but not mine. Anyone looking to work with them would be a fool take my advice because I don’t want no “genuine parents” too go through such horrific events that ruined mine and my kids life’s.

Croydon children services-(adoption) are a bunch of 2 faced liars and not fit for service, I could rant on & on but nothing will change

Croydon Refuse Collection is unsatisfactory and is combined with very poor customer service. If I could give no stars, I would.
Our scheduled Refuse collection day is Monday.
1. Week beginning Monday 4 July, our general rubbish was collected but our paper and food bins were not collected on Monday- eventually, they were collected on Friday of that week as none of the bins on our road had been collected as scheduled on the Monday.
2. Week beginning 11 July: as far as I could ascertain from our neighbours, plastics/etc and food were collected from everybody else on our road but our bins were not, even though they were in their usual prominent position next to the footpath. I reported the missed collection using the Croydon online reporting system but nothing happened. Thursday 14th, I rang the bin collection designated phone number (bins and recycling 020 8726 6200 option 2) and got an answerphone telling me to use the online reporting system!!! As our plastic bins was virtually full and would not be collected for over another week and our food bin was smelling in the exceptional heat, I emailed my local councillor but he was unable to do anything without a reference number which I had never received either in my Croydon online account or by email which is Croydon Council policy when missed collections are reported. The customer service is Kafkaesque and fits neatly into Catch 22.

Absolutely appalling .No care or accountability whatsoever .No idea how or why the council continues to run in this manner. No wonder a 100% bad rating. If I could give no stars I would.
I have lived and worked all over the world . I have lived and worked all over the UK for many years. Two boroughs were London Labour run . By far Croydon Council is the worse Borough ever. No care or accountability. The independent Reports into Croydon council to include the ARK Report are very clear

CARBON Monoxide ........Boiler installation which was not complete and left flu cap of resulting in my partner and daughter getting sent to hospital after suffering constant head ach and feeling sick boiler is now condemed. I will take this matter all the was as there negligence could have led to the death of them both. Boiler has annual checks which this fault has been missed 4 times and has had the substance leaking from the day it was fitted. Call the council u get no we’re 9 years her housing officer has been away from the desk it’s a joke but they will respond whe the matter get out of control

I wouldn't trust Croydon Council to open a tin of beans that was already open. This double-bankrupt, incompetent Labour led shambles have utter contempt for residents right across the borough. Still, I guess consistency is key!

Unorganised council you are on the phone for a week just to sort one thing waste of time.

I'm a landlord and I used a service called "Housing Initiative" to rent my house. They authorised my tenant she could leave without notice and apply for the 28 days rent for the notice period. I've been left with council tax and utility bills for the notice period and nearly 2 weeks after my tenant left, they still haven't done an inventory and refuse to give me a date.
They are the laziest, most unprofessional, most condescending bunch of people I've ever come across and all this is when they're funded by our tax money.
I'm now taking Croydon Council to Court
