Great service from the guys at Croxley Car Centre, from start to finish they were so accommodating to my needs of what I was looking for and a quick turnaround would highly recommend!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service was great. We dealt with Dave and the service was seamless and fast. The car was previously adapted so they got it all sorted in 3 days and ready to drive away with a full service. Very communicative, friendly and helpful! Thanks again!

All the staff at the Croxley Car Centre have been as helpful, genuine and professional as ever. They always want to get to root cause of problems and can spend a lot of time making sure my car is safe which is very reassuring. I have used them for a number of years and have never had a complaint. Would highly recommend.

Not happy with my experience here.

Edit: Reviewing my personal experience of being told false information. Your calls are recorded there was no screaming as you claim. I did not misunderstand, again the calls are recorded you can hear the information I was told. You claim 'ranting' but I wanted to know why I was told the false information which is more than fair and your response to me questioning this was hostile which resulting in me hanging up. I see from other google reviews and as documented below you would like to shift blame to the writer. I hope you have refunded the payment that was already made to fix the car to the card owner.

Bought a fiesta st line
With a faulty window so took to my local Ford Dealership only to be told that the car has been in a back end accident I'm in total shock because it's a 21 plate
It was well covered up although it's clearly been in a smash as many panels are out of line and loose
They have offered to fix the car but I can not trust that it will be fixed correctly
The big question is did croxley car sales know about this and did they repair it
It's early days and it's going to take time to assess the full extent of the damage that's been covered up by the new bumper that's been put on
I live in west Sussex and bought over the internet without seeing the car but I did that because of the RAC recomendation this garage holds
This has caused me a huge amount of stress and the truth is it just the start
The car needs assessments done also so far 920 bill for urgent work
Ford have told me it will take months to get these issues fixed
Croxley car centre have offered me 500 towards the bill but sadly that won't cut it for me as I think overall the car will cost 1000s to fix
I asked them to let me swap the car they declined
I am a fair person and very easy going and trusting
It all started well with croxley car sales great staff excellent in fact but it's all changed now
I'm innocent and will be into 20000 for this car
I hope it will all get fixed I am about to contact RAC to ask for help hopefully they will give me the support I need to move forward
Make sure you read this before buying from this garage they shouldn't be selling cars like this
For all I know the car could be an insurance cat once the proper assessments have been done

You're in total denial of a simple 100% fact that you sold me a car that's been in a smash
Why don't you just accept it and maybe show some empathy
Not everyone wants a refund after all the time money and effort I have invested
All I want is a car that is in good honest condition that I have paid for and you advertised it as such

After reading reviews on your own website it's clear to see other customers have had similar and same issues as I have

Just bought a used Hyundai Tucson from Croxley Car Centre and would highly recommend them - they came from a recommendation originally, so happy to carry on the positive comments.
Whilst we just lost out on the original car we'd looked at, Dave took my details and committed to calling when the next opportunity came up, as promised he did - doesn't often happen!!
The car prep and valet process was great, the buying process was slick and overall we're really happy.

I live in Essex but travelled to see a car . Both Dave and Andy were so helpful knowledgeable honest and understanding. They made the experience pleasurable and I drove home in my new car which I wasn’t expecting to do ! Thanks guys felt really assured by both of you !

Very friendly sales people, due to the distance between myself and the dealer the car had to be delivered and that was no problem either even though it was 320 mile away. I would definitely deal with this company again and give an A++

Absolutely perfect old school car sales. We were allowed to browse the stock, we then has a test drive and drove the car home the same.day. best price given for part exchange with little haggling required.
Would recommend to others without a shadow of a doubt!
