Salam . I purchased a Umraaaa package deal last year for $7,000 for this year. But because of the death of my father I was unable to go, I was told by your Manager Abbit my money was safe with company and I can save my trip for next year. But when I call the the What’s App number it’s no longer in service, I try multiple times to contact him I am very much disappointed in this company And won’t my. money return to me ASAP. Phillip provided outstanding service when helping me book my ticket to Africa. He found me a great price and handled my multiple transfers with care and attention to detail. I really appreciated that he kept me informed in advance about a delay with one of my transfers it made the whole journey much less stressful.
He was professional at all times, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Phillip to anyone looking for reliable and efficient travel assistance.
