Muito mau, inscrevi-me na plataforma a convite de um amigo através do programa invite a friend em que teria direito a 25€ de prémio no meu primeiro investimento de 100€. Fiz tudo o pedido para verificar a conta e fiz o primeiro investimento de 100€. Achei a plataforma interessante e com taxas atrativas e tinha intenção de continuar a investir. Passado uns dias do investimento não recebi o bónus de 25€ que tinha sido acordado, quando reparei que tinham alterado as condições do bónus e que já não me iam pagar o bónus a que tinha direito mesmo tento alterado depois da minha inscrição. Acho que revela pouca credibilidade na empresa e levantou-me o alerta que se fazem isto com um bónus também podem fazer o mesmo com pagamentos e afins. Vou retirar o meu dinheiro da plataforma o mais rápido possível e não quer ter nenhuma ligação com esta empresa. Estava a pensar mesmo investir lá, mas assim não há condições para manter confiança dos clientes.

So any chance I trust these people with my money? No way, not even one cent.

Zelfde team als Peerberry. Dan verwacht ik dat het goed zit. Een half jaar geleden begonnen met investeren en voorlopig ziet het er prima uit. Beperkte investeringen mogelijk. alleen Litouwen. Hopelijk groeien ze gestaag en worden meerdere opties aangeboden.

From the Peeberry team, you have this real estate regulated platform. There's some bonuses in top of regular rates and an ongoing support in social media. E.g. telegram support channel

Results are shared and customers educated and clarified online. I've witnessed the platform since it's launch and so far, so good. Recommended.

Smooth start of the platform, I am pleasantly surprised. I have joined just recently but until now everything seems to be great. Waiting for first payments and more new projects which are btw with good terms and average interest ~11%. Gracias

Crowdpear is owned by Peerberry, which is my favorit crowdlending platform. AND it is regulated, which makes it more safe. Their website is very manageable.

This is my third RE platform. I had very bad experience with estateguru, so now I am starting with caution. The team is well known with Peerberry, so this is the reason to start.
The bad... the platform withholds 15% tax of your income, but you could reduce it by providing certificate from your local tax authority.

Time for update: secondary market was started a few weeks ago: to be honest... I do not like it due to high service fee - 2%. It should be 0 or max 0.5%(see robocash and esketit), to make the market liquid.
