Payout shambles
Constant incorrect information from the chat bot & then a human re receiving my payout. Then a ‘bug’ in the system meaning my payout was delayed further despite being fully funded almost 1 month ago. Lack of urgency to expedite payment considering errors their side and me being £1k out of pocket as already had to fund myself

The template to construct a page to advertise the Crowdfunder is a great format and easy to use. The link with Sport England match funding is excellent. We crowdfunded for our dog surgery I felt uncomfortable actually crowdfunding people kept telling me too and then someone set it up which was wonderful of them, it totally restored my faith in humanity as it was for my dog, it's all happened very quickly and managed to save him he's doing really well
