The whole process was stress free
The whole process was stress free. Most of it was done online and took less than 5mins to pick up and I didnt even need to go into the office to drop the key as one of the staff was able to park the van and take the key. We hired the spacious 12 seater van. The price was the cheapest after comparing with other rental companies. The van was clean with ample space. The luggage cage went right to the roof. Would definitely recommend using this company and vehicle again. Thanks for an amazing stress-free experience

When the vehicle was returned, it wasn’t fully refuelled and required just over $30 in fuel, which is why the charge was applied. We take pride in being transparent and fair — returning a vehicle with less fuel would be unfair to the next customer.

Good hospitality
We thank Cross Country Rentals for their hospitality on offering an alternative when our original plan to rent a Sprinter van was sold out. They offered a new and clean Hiace van which was perfect for our needs. It meant our holiday plans in New Zealand remained unchanged. The team was easily reached throughout our holiday for any issues, so that's another bonus!
