Good products which eventually arrived but complete lack of responses to email queries etc.
Their products and pricing are all good and they are very friendly on the phone. However, whenever I've queried things by email, the queries remain unanswered... I've tried by "proper" email and their webform system and both have been completely ignored.
It's a shame because otherwise I'd be rating them 4 or even 5 stars but ignoring emails and web questions is simply unacceptable in today's e-commerce world.

Beware VAT
Bought via Amazon website because was £3 cheaper than other suppliers. However, I didn't appreciate that price seen on Amazon did not include VAT of £3 so final price was the same as other suppliers. Irrespective, service was efficient and delivery prompt. Would use again.
