I strongly suspect this site is stealing photos and content from real designers and scamming customers with poorly written or no patterns. I have seen several patterns on here from designers I know, with no credit given and no mention of their names. Do not buy from these rip off merchants.
Ordered a couple of things now. A wicked craft box and wool. Both lovely quality. I’m not sure why they have had bad reviews. The customer service was a bit slow to respond to an email but they did get back to me and were friendly. The yarn is so soft and I will enjoy using it for some of their patterns.
The product I purchased (a yarn bowl) was defective and I cannot even get a response from the company to arrange for a refund. They don't appear to care at all about customer service, nor do they understand a consumer's legal rights.
If I could give 0 I would. I purchased their advent calendar. I never get myself something soo expensive but had a year of it and thought I’d treat myself. The quality was shocking. The item was damaged and faulty. When contacted they sent me out another damaged box. Contacted again and was promised a partial refund which never came. I had to claim back from PayPal. Avoid them at all costs. The yarn quality is cheaper than Poundland (dollar store) crap that is IMPOSSIBLE to crochet with. What a disappointing way to end a crap year :(
I bought their expensive advent calendar for my wife and she has done nothing but moan at the poor quality the wool is.
Then I ordered just over £50 worth of items off them to get the free gift, never received it they have told me I had to put it in my basket at checkout which I did but they wanted me to pay for it so I removed it from basket and never received it.

I signed up for their subscription boxes which I don’t think are value for money. I’m trying to cancel my subscription and the response from customer services is non existent. Posts are removed from social media too as they don’t want people to know how difficult it is to cancel.
Purchased a subscription as I enjoy crochet and thought it would be good to enable me to widen my skills. Very expensive for repeated items patterns that I won’t use all in all a disappointment
It all seems very friendly on the surface, but customer care is non existent. I purchased something from them, one part of which was damaged. When I contacted customer service about it, their reply was "tough". No offer of a replacement of any kind. They've just left me hanging with a faulty item and are not prepared to do anything about it at all. Be very careful when buying from these people. If it arrives damaged you won't get any sympathy or recompense from them whatsoever.
