The course is very well designed. I watched the YouTube review before I started the course. The reading material is way too much. Be honest I didn’t read it but watch the lesson and take the quiz. John did the excellent job to explain the contract and closing part. The state exam questions is very close to the questions in the course so two thumbs up.

I really enjoyed the classes and the passion the instructors have for this industry!

Most of the class was great and I passed the exam on my first try today so I think overall it was a great experience. My only issues were that one or two of the classes had readings formatted oddly and made them hard to read, and the classes taught by the gentleman who was NOT Jon (I think his name was Ed) were slightly tough to listen to - it was a bit like listening to the teacher played by Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. But the rest was great, Pamela and Jon were very engaging and the exam cram the other day was particularly helpful. Thank you!

Passed the national and state exam first try! Easy system to follow with educated professors. If John and or Pamela could do the whole course, that would be ideal. Lost my 5 star because the one speaker who does a couple lessons (can’t even remember his name) was very repetitive, lots of background noise and overall very hard to engage with. Overall would recommend!

Amazing! Aced the exam on the first try. Their prep materials are top notch. Saw a ton of questions on the exam that were in the prep.

CRES was very thorough from start to finish with tons of helpful literature provided for printing off and practicing/following along.

I recommend attending one of the monthly webinars, as you get to interact in real time with John, the founder of CRES and other students. This is where you can ask detailed questions regarding some of the most important topics to help you truly understand the material instead of just trying to memorize it!

CRE sets you up for success!

I like that I can work at my own pace, there are many ways they help you through school if your new to on-line learning.

This was the first and will be followed with many Q&A sessions. It is nice to hear from other classmates on the areas of need and that I am not alone with questions. Jon is excellent at answering and explaining our question in simple language and while we have many questions he stays on target.

Jon seems to have a good repore with the students. I appreciate his professionalism and spirit to help us achieve success.

I passed both the state and national tests on the first try after completing this course. Having the videos to further explain the reading material really helped. I also took the cram session. The instructor was great and was committed to answering all questions and concerns in preparation for the test. I would recommend this course!

What a great school! Jon and his staff are truly fantastic. My husband and I just finished and passed our exams on our first try on Friday. They make the classes easy to understand and always review previous chapters before starting a new topic. They have different saved webinars on all chapters, live Q&A webinars, exam cram webinars and an entire section on math. What helped me the most was reviewing my exams and the explanation at bottom of page. My husband and I are very excited to start our new endeavor, thanks to Colorado Real Estate School!

Highly recommend the Colorado Real Estate school! Their videos and curriculum is easy to follow and understand. Jon, Pamela, and their team are super cool, helpful and professional. With their help I was able to pass the Colorado Real Estate Brokers licensing exam on my first try!

I began working towards my real estate license back in September with CRES. I finished all of my class work in December, and set for the exam January 24th. I am very pleased with the results. As a full time father, husband and truck driver I found time to study off & on throughout 2021and passed both exams my second attempt. The course work is extremely geared to get what you put into it out of it. With that being said the course curriculum along with the insider tools, past webinars and 1 full Saturday cram study with Jon will be more than sufficient to pass the exam. CRES ROCKS!
