The pour control on the gooseneck kettle is perfect for my morning coffee. However delivery was delayed 2 times without communication. Customer service needs to improve

Ordered on March received October roasted one.
Seriously, How this website thinking to send this ancient one. Shouldn't have believe to order from the website that doesn't give roasting date detail.

Very disappointing after-sales service.

A defective machine was reported on January 2nd, but weeks later there was still no solution due to a lack of response from their supplier. I was left without a working coffee machine and was even asked to arrange and pay for the return myself. This experience does not meet basic customer service standards.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service....rapid delivery and fantastic customer service immediately replied when I emailed that there was a breakage in the package and they sent a replacement, I order tons online and this is up there with the best....I would highly recommend

Never received my order. Contacted customer service and initially got a reply, but they never followed up. It has been over 27days and still nothing.

After leaving this review on trust Pilot, Crema did reprocess the order as mentioned by them and I did successfully receive the order. I have increased my rating 1 star to below average since in the end I did get my order, but not until I had to jump through hoops to get service to follow through on their end.

Har købt 2 julekalender 1 med te og 1 kaffe. Jeg har ikke smagt dem endnu, men en helt igennem skøn oplevelse og meget hurtig fragt. De blev sendt om mandagen og onsdag kom gls med pakken. Alt var 100% intakt og i perfekt stand. Handler meget gerne her igen.
Havde også et par spørgsmål inden jeg købte og fik svar samme dag. Så kæmpe stor ros herfra

Delivery speed was good.
The coffee selection is good but the coffee but is a little stale, which is shame.
I bought 4 bags for Mr Viet coffee, I know what the coffee taste like and I can safely say these are stale.
Maybe the other coffee is better.

Puntuali, precisi, affidabili. Ne ho ordinato subito altre due scatole — quando trovi qualità e serietà, è bello restare fedeli.

Super consigliato! Scoperto per caso, ho trovato le tisane che cercavo da tempo. Ottima la possibilità di scegliere il corriere e farlo recapitare in un punto ritiro. ordine effettuato il 7/10 sera, arrivato il 15/10.

I bought a Eureka grinder from them in July, and after only two months of normal use, it stopped working properly. I contacted customer service on September 23rd, and now 19 days later, the issue is still unresolved.

I have sent plenty of evidence, photos and videos clearly showing that the grinder is not working correctly, yet they keep asking me for even more pictures and videos instead of actually helping. I’ve never experienced such a terrible after-sales service.

They even replied saying that “Eureka grinders are designed in a way that most of the small maintenance can be done easily at home.” But this grinder is under warranty, and it’s completely unreasonable to expect the customer to fix a product that failed after two months.

Why not just send the grinder directly to Eureka so they can check it? This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The process is slow, unhelpful, and frustrating, and it feels like they are doing everything possible to avoid honoring the warranty.

I would strongly advise against buying from them.

Je reçois une notification comme quoi une pièce est de retour en stock et la commande immédiatement. 3 semaines plus tard, aucune nouvelle du colis. Après plusieurs relances vers un service client somnolent, je contacte moi-même le transporteur qui dit qu'il a perdu trace du colis depuis un moment...

j'espère qu'on va me renvoyer une commande, mais pour le moment mon expérience avec ce vendeur est désastreuse... à fuir!!

Har sendt flere I mails med 2 spørgsmål, hvor de vælger kun at svare på det ene spørgmål.
Der går flere dage hvor de ikke svare på mail, lidt svært at arbejde med, når man skal returnere en pakke og de slet ikke svare.

I ordered a small, inexpensive replacement part from Cremashop - not a significant purchase for them. Unfortunately the delivery service had a mix-up and sent the item back. When I told Cremashop they resent it to me free of chage, using a different delivery service, coordinated via actual human emails and not some AI agent or generalist outsourcing.

Laura & Mimmi from the support team were extremely kind and professional. It's very rare to find an online business with such high standards today, especially for such a small item. Bravo to them all, I will be using Cremashop for all my future coffee supply purchases from now on.

I bought a coffee grinder and I’m happy with my experience with this store. My order was processed in 2 days, delivery took about 7 days from FI to PT (FedEx), everything is great.

Excellent online store. Bought a grinder, all went well. But also had guarantee case almost a year later, and they attended it perfectly. I think this is the most important for any online store that they there for you also in aftersales not only when they sell you the stuff. Plus im in a different country. So yeah, could not be more satisfied with them.

High quality products, well wrapped and safely delivered. I can highly recommend the ACME coffee cups. I ordered several and when one came in the wrong size, the customer service was excellent.

Hold jer langt væk fra disse amatører. Påbegynde en retur sag i start september, og har først nu fået pengene tilbage (selvom aftalen var en ombytning). Dette er også kun sket efter 30+ mails og 2 opkald fra min side over perioden, hvor jeg altid er blevet mødt med dårlige undskyldninger om, at min sag er gået i glemmebogen eller er blevet overset.

Hold jer væk fra dem, medmindre I vil bruge alt for længe på noget så simpelt som en retur.

Rigtig god kaffe hjemmeside. Er specielt glad for deres eget mærke i kaffe plus har købt en del julekaffe.
