Incredible service, deserves recognition
I came into CreditYes after my car being stolen. Michael and Juvelle went above and beyond just customer service! They did everything they possibly could and made sure to continue to look into options for me after I first was denied, they didn't give up on me. They both are patient, attentive, and very personable. They made my trip to CreditYes very comfortable and positive. Due to their hard work and determination, I was able to drive off in a car I LOVE. My salesperson did an excellent job listing to me about what I wanted and the first car that he brought me to, fit my needs perfectly. But he also showed me some other vehicles. He then asked me if I would consider the option of a new car, which he showed me the sense of this option. I chose to get a new car because it made sense and Henry didn’t try to convince me, he just wanted me to be satisfied with my choice, after considering all the available options. I couldn’t be happier. I would like to thank my salesperson Henry Booker. That’s how you treat a customer.

I went to credityes.com and it was better than I expected!
I went to credityes.com on a truss at and got called back very quickly that day and had an appointment set up for Saturday at Carr Subaru which was very close to my house! Everything thing was set up and happen very smoothly and I had no problems with anything! My appointment was at 10:30am and I drove away in the car I wanted at 11:45am and the best part is I didn’t even know what I could get but the options were all laid out and Hamid at Carr Subaru made it a great experience!

They didn't know bout a problem with the first car an neither did I tell next morning.. they told me to take it bacc an they would get me into a different car.. they treated me so dang well I now own a 2011 dodge charger plus max 5.7Liter hemi.. thank you kiefer nissan..
