Fantastic service. Creative Glass Guild are very professional and have very good customer service. I recently placed an order but unfortunately their courier failed to deliver. When I contacted CGG they immediately contacted the courier and had the parcel returned and re issued my order. No question. Very impressed. Thank you

The employees at Creative Glass are very kind & extremely helpful. Their products are amazing, made a few orders on line & was very pleased with their promptness & their quality in packaging. So far one order went missing due to DPD, but fortunately the staff at Creative Glass were on the case & sent me another while they investigate the delay.....
So all in all very pleased & walking into the shop is like walking into a sweetie shop, heaven 😁

Highly recommended, especially for beginners as their website has so much information for anyone new to the craft. I wish I lived nearer to pay a visit, but my bank balance would seriously suffer I think...

I love Creative Glass Guild. I've ordered a few times and have never been disappointed. They are so reasonably priced and their new Luna range is incredibly priced! I ordered my latest order yesterday and it came today! They're absolutely great and I can't recommend them enough!

100% to this business. I contacted them as my phone didn’t work & I couldn’t process an order. They responded almost immediately. You know how these days we only have bots to speak to? Well they offered a phone number & immediate assistance.
When I got home I made an order - 2 days ago, I made the order late after 9pm.
They offered a courier for free & I came home to my parcel, I was fully informed about delivery & even given a time slot of only an hour & an option for alternative delivery as I wasn’t going to be in. They followed instructions to a tee. They haven’t asked me for this review but I had to say thank you & tell everyone - this is a great place to shop, thank you creative glass guild,

Excellent service and delivery. Ordered one day, I made a mistake on my order and was called back same afternoon to alter my order. Very helpful person adjusted the order and added some offcuts to maintain same price. Order delivered 2 days later. Best service ever.

Been using Creative Glass Guild for over two years now, the delivery has been within a few days of ordering. I have bought a lot of glass and it is wrapped very well, never had any breakage. Their range of glass and materials is very good.
