A great experiance from start to finish. Russ knows the market well and despite me presenting some challenges we worked together on a particular vehicle I was after. People that dealt with me on the phone made things very easy to deal with what I had to do with emails et cetera and sending documents which when it comes to them sort of things it’s quite a big deal for me so been able to be in contact with the staff to talk me through these things was a big help
