False claims. You replied to convince others that might be thinking about doing business with your team. I guarantee anyone that makes the same mistake I made by hiring these guys. If anyone makes that mistake you will be highly disappointed. They have the same negative review all over the place to include BBB. False claims. False advertising. They think they are slick with words. They stand for nothing but to steal hard working people's money. That's their while scheme. 8 months and resolve? Build my website or give me back my money just like you stile it from my account without my permission. Oh one more thing don't give these guys your bank card. You better give them a prepaid card. You have been warned.

Prepaid for a website, got nothing. They took my money and blocked me after I made all complaints. Apparently they are also associated with customwebguru.com as the same customer service rep on their website told me they won't help me, then blocked me and stopped speaking with me. I have all proof of prepayment and incompletion of services.

I hired them for a full website design and received half ass work and shotty business practices. My landing page is not finished, as it does not include my address or phone number. And now I cannot contact them to correct the issue or get information on the hosting site they sued so that I may correct it myself.

I want to report a very careless job and lack of client skills by Adam Russell and his team of Creative Book Writers company.
I want to report a careless job regarding the formatting and publishing of my book, done by one of Creative Book Writers company project managers and his team. His name is Adam Russell.
Adam Russell has done a very poor work together with his team in order to format and publish my book. His work reflects the lack of knowledge in formatting and publishing a book and lack of client skills. On top of these he asked for me money for ISBN numbers for my book to be published on KDP Amazon.
He started asking from $600 and ended up at $200. All that time I refused but he said if I would not give him at least $200 he will not publish the book on KDP Amazon no matter what. I told him that I do not want to have my book published with any international publishing platforms just with KDP Amazon. I also remained him that KDP Amazon offers free ISBN numbers but Adam Russell ignored me totally and forced my hand, practically speaking, steeling from me $200.
Prior him, along the time, Creative Book Writers assigned other three project managers, Adeline, Serra and Chad, all of them practically speaking incompetents as well in book formatting and publishing business.
It took a very long time to have my book finally published because all of those project managers have meanwhile quitted Creative Book Writers. Unfortunately all of them did not care to inform me about quitting and even the Creative Book Writers company did not care to call. I had to call Creative Book Writers company to report the careless job regarding the formatting and publishing of my book, done by their project managers and report all of them because their negligence. One time I called to report the ugly situation to the upper management of the company but the person I talked with immediately stop communicating with me.
As far as I know Creative Book Writers disappointed me by assigning incompetent and careless project managers, worst being Adam Russell.
The book finally got published but unfortunately with a low quality of format and presentation. The web page in KDP Amazon for advertising my book is also very poor, practically careless done, under the management of last project manager Adam Russell of Creative Book Writers company.
As a final, I strongly requested from Adam Russell to refund of at least those $200, money stolen from me.
I told Creative Book Writers in case they refuse to give the refund of $200, I am going to ask for help from the law of California State.

This is a scam company not even based out of the United States. You can tell they are fake by looking at their reviews on Trustpilot. Over 500 positive reviews on Trustpilot, yet only 4 negative reviews on BBB, and 11 reviews on Google. BBB has an Business Alert on them and they advertise "Money Back Guarantee". They took my hard-earned money, never did any work for me, and never gave me my money back.
