Dit zijn oplichters ! Meer dan een maand aan het wachten op een lamp, bij ieder schrijven is het " onderweg " Ook geld terug krijgen staat niet in hun woordenboek.

Took about a week and a half to arrive but worth the wait.
Really unique design, haven't seen anything similar in local shops.

Alles ist schiefgegangen: erst habe ich wochenlang auf die Bestellung gewartet. Dann waren diese nur mit viel Mühe aufblasbaren Pool Lichter einfach nur hässlich. Ich habe dann nach langem hin und her endlich eine Rücksendeaddresse in Schweden erhalten und das Paket für 20 Euro per DHL hingeschickt. Gestern, 10 Wochen später, kam das Paket wieder zurück mit dem Vermerk „not claimed“!

Just don't (buy). I received insanely overprized poor quality TEMU-products sent from China.

De leverede en lampe en trådløs spot. Der stod i ordren at den skal tænde på bevægelse. Den virker ikke og skal tændes manuelt. Og der var kun en brugervejledning med på kinesisk. Deres hjælpe funktion på web er fuldstændig spild af tid.

If I could give zero stars I would. This stuff is JUNK and to make a return and deal with customer service is a joke. So sorry I ordered anything from them. Don’t be taken like I was.

Ordered 4 bookshelf lights as a bundle. The images looked cute and cozy and website reviews were all positive. I was hesitant at the price but took the plunge. I feel so dumb...

Items arrived after a long delay and were complete junk. All cheap 3D printed plastic with terrible paintwork. One switch busted off when I barely pressed it. All lights were very dim, with one not even fully lighting up the small plastic encasing it. I've had good online blind buy luck recently but this killed it forever....

Billige, qualitativ schlechte, völlig überteuerte Produkte. Miserabler Kundenservice

Was very excited about their solar step lights. They were a little pricey, but I ordered 20 because they looked great and placed them all along my patio. The patio really looked nice. Now only 4 months in, 8 of the 20 no longer work. Wrote to customer service, they replied right away, but now I’m being ghosted. Really disappointing.

Expensive crap. I will not even use it as it is so bad.

Total undurchsichtig dass aus China gesendet wird und wie lange es dauert. Es gab auch einen Zuschlag von 5CHf der nicht klar wurde beim Bezahlen. Nie wieder. Ich bereue es, hier bestellt zu haben. Hätte ich mal vorher in trustpilot geschaut, dann hätte ich sicher von einer Bestellung abgesehen.

Under AL kritik ! De sælger "Temu" varer til overpris. Kvaliteten er simpelthen så elendig .
Varerne er langtid undervejs, kommer fra østen og bestemt ikke noget med Sverige at gøre !
Næste problematik kommer når der skal sendes retur :-( Hold jer langt væk fra denne virksomhed.

The picture is NOT what you get. It’s clearly a piece of shit from China. I ordered the large lamp. It’s like half a foot tall, weighs nothing, made of cheap plastic and I paid about $100 for it!!! I’m pissed! Don’t be fooled by another company selling you cheap crap from China.

Die Qualität der gelieferten Ware wirkt auf mich wie typische günstige China-Ware und entspricht aus meiner Sicht nicht der Darstellung bzw. dem Eindruck, den die Produktpräsentation vermittelt.

Besonders ärgerlich ist die anschließende Retourenabwicklung: Die Ware muss nach Schweden zurückgesendet werden, wobei die Versandkosten vom Kunden getragen werden sollen. Auf meine konkreten Anfragen zur Retoure erhalte ich jedoch keine Antwort.

Stattdessen bekomme ich wiederholt Gutschein- und Erstattungsangebote, die mein eigentliches Anliegen – die Rücksendung der Ware – nicht lösen.

Insgesamt für mich eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich hätte mir eine unkomplizierte und kundenorientierte Abwicklung gewünscht und kann den Shop daher nicht empfehlen.

Absolutely terrible products and possibly even worse customer service.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company. I purchased their products expecting reasonable quality, but unfortunately, I have experienced ongoing problems with faulty products.

What is even more frustrating is the way the company has handled the situation. Despite providing photos and videos showing the faults, they have been unwilling to provide a full refund and instead keep offering an amount that does not reflect what I actually paid or alternatives involving their products.

When a product is faulty, customers should not have to keep going back and forth just to get a fair resolution. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Poor product quality, poor after-sales support and very disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

The products are shipped directly from China. The products are of low quality and the pictures they have on their website are misleading and do not represent the actual product you receive. if you choose to return, they do everything to prevent it including giving out gift cards to spend on their website and if you insist on a return, they suddenly become unresponsive. Horrible customer service experience. Do not buy from this website.

I actually ordered my light before I read the reviews (schoolboy error, I know!) and my heart sank when I saw what others had said. My order did come from China, but quickly and the communication was very good! I presumed it'd be, as others said, cheap rubbish but the quality is very good! It's a periodic table with real elements inside. I can’t vouch for the reality of the elements but it'll definitely look the part on my brother's desk (he's a scientist). The same thing was available on Amazon (pbvs also from China) but they didn't have one with a light and this is what really makes it work. Perhaps I got lucky, but thank you Creative Lighting!
