The Item were not delivered. Apparently, there were problems with customs. However, I suspect that the purchase price, which has since increased significantly, was the deciding factor in the cancellation. My further inquiry went unanswered. I am very disappointed. I have nothing more to say about it. :-(

If it were me I'd avoid their P3 One-Punch boxing machine from createsome.
I read through all the comments on trust pilot as I was both concerned and confused by the two companies seemingly selling the same products. It appeared that one was a scam and one was not, but which was the scam? I decided that createsomes was the legit company after a couple thorough and convincing emails with a person called Jason. Turns out I'm an idiot for once again trusting an online company. 

As soon as they had my $400+ the communication dropped off and in terms of tech support theres nothing once I paid, other than a vague email saying to turn the GPS on like that was an issue, which it was not. 

So there has been no tech support, but if you got to the website and click on 'support' it will take you to a random 'chat help' where you can give you visa card details and talk to strangers that aren't aware that the P3 One-Punch is not a stereo / speaker system.

In terms of the issues with the product. The punches don't register in the way any of the videos suggest they do, and I have a decent punch. I asked if there was a way to desensitise them to work better and thats when i got the one response which was to turn on the GPS function of phone - which would only have been useful if that had actually been the issue. 

I used it a few times back when i got it mid February 2025. I went back to have another go at it this week (August 2025). It has been securely up on the wall in a space where it is safe and not knocked around at all. After about 5 minutes I noticed the speaker on the right no longer works. I have asked how this can be fixed and also how to connect to other external bluetooth speakers as that may be the only solution for the speaker that now doesn't work. 

There has been no response. I emailed via the website form and also via Jasons email but they have not responded. I wouldn't be surprised if they respond to this review with something clever that makes me look like I'm lying and they are the victims. In which case I would hope I would have a right of reply. Oh that reminds me when it arrived it was in a regular box and there was no branding, it seemed a bit dodgy but I thought perhaps they are a young company starting out and I should cut them some slack. Also the logo looked odd, like the ink was faded 

Its a great concept but this was a waste of money. There is no warranty. If there was I would have sent it back already for my refund. But to do that Jason and createsome would need to respond, which they have not done.

Todo el proceso de compra ha sido correcto y han cumplido con el tiempo y procedimientos de entrega estandar en envios gratuitos, teniendo en cuenta, comparativas con otros vendedores en China. Se puede considerar que el vendedor es legal y fiable durante el proceso de venta. Desconozco como funciona el servicio postventa, afortunadamente, no lo he necesitado. Si tuviese que destacar algunos aspectos a mejorar, podrian ampliar los idiomas soportados y ofrecer actualizaciones mas frecuentes para informar de la situación actual del pedido. Es bastante incomodo tener que hacer consultas a cada una de las empresas de transporte activas durante todo el proceso de envio.
El paquete llegó con algunos signos de haber sufrido durante el transporte, incluso el precinto estando cerrado, parecia haber sido manipulado. Como el contenido ha llegado en estado perfecto, completo y funciona correctamente, Lo he considerado totalmente válido, para ser un envio gratuito y estar sometido a diversas revisones tanto como por el vendedor y aduanas de transito.

Absolutely no technical support and waranty. For 1/2 year the P3 machine worked fine, but then there appeared a problem with bluetooth connection... after a short time of boxing the ligts stop the P3 was disconected a needed to be reconnected (but again it stayed connected only for a few punches).
I have sent to Creatsomes lik 20 emails and there is no response, absolutely no communication from their side... so i get no refund, no repair, no money back and the P3 machine is not working, only after 1/2 year of using.

My wife is very happy with the P3 boxing machine. At first, I ordered a different model from Amazon, but I wasn't able to pair it with my phone via Bluetooth, so I had to return it. After doing more research, I found the P3 from Createsomes and decided to purchase it. It works very well. The app could be better, but it's still easy to understand and navigate. Pairing with the phone is also very simple. There are a lot of sound options in the app, and there are no additional fees to use it.

I purchased it on March 19th, and it was delivered to Canada by UPS on March 25th. I had to pay $14.82 CAD to UPS for the import fee. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT A SCAM, you might be skeptical and worried that it might be but its not, their customer service is very accommodating and patient before buying I asked a ton of question in a span of 2weeks with them having a assurance of me buying but they remained patient, if you have questions, and concerns contact them, I highly recommend email for seem to reply faster for me there.

DELIVERY: The delivery process was smooth they give you a tracking number either for UPS or FEDEX, I even requested for them to use UPS cause I was having difficulties with FEDEX in my country and they accepted my request, though note that delivery time might vary depending where your location is.

PRODUCT: The product was amazing I ordered a white one, it was Tough, high quality, it comes with some freebies as well, and it even has a app you can use and YOU CAN ADD CUSTOM SONGS, and please note that depending on product you buy or version that app you use may vary.

Recommendations: though the website where you can upload custom songs need English translations cause it is in Chinese I think, but if your having hard time just copy&paste the text in google translate and TADAA.

- The design of the application they offer looks like it was created by a 9-year-old child. if it is true that there is an option to use it in English, you have to know Chinese to change, because it comes in Chinese.
- Even the product box does not have a single word in English. NOWHERE in the product you will see THE BRAND: ONE PUNCH. Because it is a misappropriation of ONE PUNCH likeness.

They are committing trademark and copyrights fraud by appropriating the likeness of one punch: search for the real one on AMAZON, you will see.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

If you want to buy the legit one punch, with gloves and songs and app in English, this is not what you are looking for. I had to buy it twice, this fake and the legit after.
But If you are looking for a cheap fragile box with app in Chinese,yes, this is your option.
Yet I would advise to save your money by going straight to Allyexpress, you can buy it for less than 150 bucks from China.

I almost made a bad review but Im happy I didn't.
For the context I live in France and order a music box machine for a birthday in May, because the one I saw on Amazon doesn't seem legit and good. I know that the shipping gonna take time, so I wait. The Music box finally arrive on july, but I wasn't in town at the moment. The delivery company never send me any notice that my package arrived, no call nothing. The website notice that the package was return to sender but the company never recieved it... At first I wasn't happy about the company and being in France I doesn't have a lot of way to reach them. I try to contact them from their website in october, from the support also nothing. I begin to think I lost my money 😭. BUT I finally was able to reach them with the contact of PayPal, and it was perfect ! They respond really quickly and find a solution really fast ! In one week I receive my package and it is perfect ! Nothing compare to the one my niece receive at Christmas ! I am really happy with my expérience and Sorry for my trouble who was in the fault of the delivery company (DHL) and not createsomes.
With the new delivery company (UPS) it was fast with lots of update and the delivery was well manage ! I am really happy so don't hesitate to order one ! (but check if the delivery company in your country is good or if you have to be extra carefull) Thank you createsomes and really its a 6 star for the contact I had with them.

I was concerned because I did not receive any email or confirmation once I ordered the product. A couple of days later I emailed seller and it was shipped the next day.

Wir haben bei creatsomes etwas bestellt. Die Lieferung war in einem entsprechenden Rahmen und ist leider durch UPS sehr verzögert angekommen. Dann gab es jedoch noch ein Problem mit zusätzlichen unvorhergesehene Gebühren durch UPS. Wir haben den Kontakt mit creatsome gesucht. Stets haben sie schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Obendrein haben wir eine sehr ansprechende Lösung gefunden. Hier haben wir eine Verkäufer der auf den Kunden eingeht Zuhört, und schnell antwortet. Ich empfehle diesen Shop gerne aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen und würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen. Vielen Dank

I found Createsomes after I have been shopping for a boxing machine for weeks, but they all looked so small, cheap and flimsy that I was just about to give up.

Since the purchase was substantial, I wanted to get a feel for who they were so I wrote them and asked for information about their products.

They provided very complete answers and addressed all my questions. After a few exchange I took a chance and ordered the machine and I was extremely pleased (maybe even shocked!) to see that it was 100% like in the videos. I am in Canada and the package got to me in perfect condition.

The boxing machine looked brand new and even had the little plastic protector films we had to peel off. It also had that "new material" smell.

As for the application, I did install it on both my girlfriend's iPhone and on my android. Both went smoothly, the only hickup was that on the iPhone it defaulted to chinese, which is easily fixed: Click on the profile icon at the bottom right of the app, choose the SIXTH item in the list to bring up the language selection, then choose the 3rd item for english. Boom, all working! I would post a screenshot, but sadly I can't it seems. I'll install it on an android tablet next so I get a bigger display.

Linking to the maching from the phones works flawlessly each time, and we can even have a different account on our separate phones to use the machine with the music we want. The also lets us track our sessions individually.

They're also not joking when they say there's a ton of music... wow. It would probably take months to go through it all!

As for the machine itself, it is extremely sturdy and NOT made of cheap materials. I gave it quite the trial over the last couple weeks and I feel like its going to last forever. The machine comes with a small phone holder you can attach to the wall, we're not using it but it is there if you need it.

I am very pleased with my choice and that I didn't go for the cheap ones with fake review videos.

I was so happy with both the service and product that I just ordered a second boxing machine so we can all use them together.

If Trustpilot allows it, I will post another review of my second experience when I get the machine.

I am trying to find something negative to say so I don't sound like a fanboy, but there's nothing I can really pick on, everything went smoothly.

The product arrived damaged without instructions or name and the application. I am going to open a claim because a horn does not sound and they never respond to emails.

everything is excellent, but the product comes with an adapter with a Chinese socket, which I will not use in the EU.
