Despite paying private clinic prices you definitely don’t receive the appropriate level of care.

1. My appointments were messed up several times by reception but they refused to accept fault. I was left waiting on zooms for up to 1 hr each time I had an appointment- sometimes 2 times in one day. I appreciate things run late but you should also appreciate it’s a big deal for your clients and adding long waits adds to their fear and anxiety.
2. It’s been 3 PLUS months since I requested a copy of my scans for my DR, I’ve chased multiple times and emailed multiple times often there is no email reply at all. Apparently the reception is waiting for the dr to sign off - I’ve explained it’s time sensitive but they just say we can’t do anything. As I say this has gone on for MONTHS
3. The way my partner was told to ssh during a scan when he asked a question and the way I was treated throughout some of my appointments left a lot to be desired. I think people need to realise we are not doctors and we might need things explained, especially when I’m receiving devastating news.
4. There were several times I was left wandering a hallway or waiting not really sure where I was going or where I was supposed to be.

Overall, disappointing and not what I would expect. Hopefully I’ll eventually get my scans.

Our first cycle with Create was ivf and funded by NHS, unfortunately it didn’t work for us.
We decided to go for ICSI with Create St. Paul’s as this treatment is known has more chances to conceive. After the egg collection day I was told that my ovaries are overstimulated so we can’t proceed with transfer and all survived Embryos will be frozen until I’m healed. So in a few months I had light hormonal treatment again and finally one of my frozen embryo was successfully thawed and transferred. In 2 weeks time the blood test showed that I’m pregnant and here he is my healthy happiness now next to me, actually he decided to be born on a due day. Had an easy pregnancy and no complications.

We welcomed our beautiful baby daughter 5 weeks ago. We're obviously delighted with the outcome. The care we received at create fertility St Paul's was excellent. All members of staff were consistently friendly, approachable, warm and reassuring. Our questions were answered honestly. Care continued during the pandemic with special measures in place. It didn't feel like we were just another number at the clinic, we were well looked after throughout. When we decide to try for another baby, we will return here with confidence.

Doctors, nurses and staff all generally nice and supportive, however we encountered a lot of issues with communication with our treatment coordinator who was not very good at responding to queries or contact which caused unecessary stress and wasted lots of time. There was also an issue with embryology on one cycle where they mistakenly used the wrong sample for treatment, they were our own samples but not the agreed or chosen samples to be used. This felt like a wasted cycle and after a lot of to and fro we were compensated with a very small fraction of the cost of the cycle back to our create account.

Despite such experiences overall we were taken good care of during treatment by the Doctors and Nurses and pregnant after 3 cycles!

Made to feel at ease and cared for, just as you would hope and expect for a journey like this.

We found the whole experience incredible from start to finish. Everyone we had contact with was extremely personable. We would specifically like to thank our nurse Charlotte who was always there for any questions.
The doctors were informative and understanding.
Would 100% recommend.

I had a great experience with Create St Paul’s - the doctors and nurses were always professional, kind and considerate. I felt involved and informed at every step. IVF is a complex journey but the team made it as straightforward as possible.

I had a 20 minute consultation which cost me £150 . No real detailed notes were taken as the doctor did not ask me many questions. Unfortunately I have recently asked for an access request for the notes. I instead received a letter from a professor defending the clinic.They are refusing to let me have it. I have received no pastoral care but each year they send a bill . I would say go to the other branches in Hertfordshire etc . They may be less busy and more attentive.I note that the clinic asked TP to remove my unfavourable review rather than editing it with no reason given

Every single member of staff at Create was so kind and caring throughout our journey at their Herts and St Paul's clinic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we could always pick up the phone or send an email to them. I promised myself no matter the outcome of my blood test after my transfer I'd write a genuine review of my experience and this is it.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Create.

Throughout our experience with create they have been fantastic. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming and explained every single process so we knew exactly what to expect. They gave us hope when we had been told it couldn’t happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and cannot thank them enough for how they helped us.

3 stars because I've got my rainbow baby and I forgot some of the issues we had, but I would have given less a year ago.

I have been looked after so well from from my very 1st scan to being discharged with a successful transfer. A special thank you to Bridget the nurse from the Oxfordshire clinic who was there for me every step of the way. Thank you so much for everything :)

Excellent care and support received in Create fertility when I had my IVF+ICSI in 2021.
Had just a cycle and it was a success after TTC for over 5years.
Our precious baby arrived in good health. He's a month old today.

Dealing with infertility has been the hardest struggle I have ever faced.
I was so lucky to be able to go to Create for my NHS funded treatment. It was already of my shortlist before I was granted funding and I was feverishly saving. The results and ratings were so good and Create didn’t disappoint.
My coordinator Karen was brilliant. She must look after so many women however, she always made a point of saying hello when she was in on my scan days. She was great at keeping me and my husband in the loop at all stages.
IVF can feel a little like a conveyer belt system, but I believe Create to a great job at making it feel less so. It would have been nice to have consistency with Drs for scans however , that is near impossible as many work across several Create locations.
Everyone on the phone was great, from receptionists, to coordinators to embryologists. The Embryologists were really good at explaining embryo progression (and lack of ) clearly and empathetically.
IVF Is the chance at a pregnancy, not a guaranty. I never felt that Create were selling a dream to me, they were fair and kind. The process wasn’t easy, nor perfect but I felt supported and heard.
My review would have been the same whichever way however, we are blessed that our first transfer worked and I am now 4 months pregnant.

I highly recommend St Paul's clinic. Our journey with them started in 2021 February and we were blessed with our healthy baby girl a year later. I had a great experience with the clinic, particularly with Dr Kulkarni. Our first transfer was unsuccessful and so I wanted to pay for a 2nd cycle of ivf, Dr Kulkarni suggested to wait and try at least another 2 transfers before starting a new cycle. I wanted different tests to be done (which I read about online) he told me to relax and trust the process. I wanted to spend money on very expensive vitamins, additional treatments alongside ivf and he again said to try to relax- by not letting me to pay for the additional stuff he made me feel comfortable and reassured rather than another number who is bringing the money in for the clinic. Although i have to share as well that there were times when i didn't feel that the care was person centred and seeing different doctors, nurses didn't help but all in all i cannot fault the clinic. Our 2nd transfer was successful and now I have a very smiley 2 months old in my arms. I can only thank the doctors,nurses at create to make this possible for us.

My Husband and I cannot fault our experience with CREATE Fertility St Paul's. Every one of the Doctor's, Nurse's, Embryologist's and Clinic staff that we have had the pleasure in meeting have been absolutely fantastic! They all made us feel so comfortable and at ease everytime we had a visit to the clinic.
I would highly recommend CREATE Fertility to anyone!

Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and reassuring before, during and after the process. Couldn't recommend each individual enough, I felt very supported.

Only downsides were I was ordered two incorrect drugs (trigger injection and antibiotics). This was resolved but had my partner not been through the same process a month before, I would have had no idea and this would not have been flagged. With the trigger injection I was told to bring it in and it would be swapped. The first visit they took the meds, the second visit I still had to wait for them to dispense the prescription for 30 mins or more. I'd expect this to be ready and not taking more of my time for a mistake made by the clinic.

This was a small part of what was otherwise a very good experience. I have chronic health issues and felt very well looked after, thank you.

We are patients of the Wimbledon branch however my egg collection had to be at St Pauls due to it being a Sunday. The service was fantastic from start to finish, the clinic was very clean and spacious and quite, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, Pamela my nurse was really reassuring and was very clear on how everything was going to work. The doctor was really professional and very friendly she came to see us after and chatted about how everything went and wished us luck with the development of the embryos. She collected 18 useable eggs even with my endometrioma cysts on my ovaries so we were over the moon. I don't know what Wimbledon would have been like but I am so pleased that I had my egg collection at St Pauls. My husband was allowed with me at every stage and we had our own private room for pre and recovery and didn't feel rushed at all. I will do another review of Wimbledon once we have finished our treatment but so far the service has been great.
