I needed help with their warranty…
I needed help with their warranty because my necklace broke and honestly they have the best customer service I've seen.Their responses took under 24h each time and they were very respectful, in the end they are shipping a new necklace after less than three days pf my request.

Lovely products, great service
My daughter really wanted a necklace from this store (the sisyphus necklace) and I was a bit sceptical but ordered it for her anyway. I have to say both the product and the service have been great! The necklace itself is lovely and came in a nice little gift box, as well as being packaged very well for transport. Delivery was fast and we were kept well informed (fedex), and the package arrived when they said it would. Would not hesitate to order again.

J’ai acheter un pendentif au premier abord très jolie (75€) je reçois ma commande dans un packaging convenable et rapidement.
Problème, 4 semaines après achats l’argent est complètement oxydé alors que le pendentif n’a était en contact de l’eau que sous une douche (ce qui n’est pas sensé désagréger de l’argent 925 aussi rapidement)
Lorsque je contacte le service en expliquant mon problème et cherchant à faire valoir la garantie et le produit qui dans sa description indique pouvoir être au contact de l’eau, on me dit qu’on est désoler pour moi.
Très beau produits, mais la qualité n’est pas au RDV

Our Sisyphus Necklace is made from genuine 925 sterling silver, and while this material is beautiful, it can sometimes oxidize more quickly depending on skin pH or contact with water. This is not a sign of poor quality, and oxidation can usually be cleaned off with different methods.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we’ve taken this feedback to heart. For this reason, our upcoming Sisyphus Necklace will feature an additional rhodium plating to better protect oxidation even while showering, etc.

Favorite necklace!!!!
I got the sisyphus necklace and I am in love!! I’ve been wearing it for 2 weeks now (not in the shower and in bed or when I’m sporting). All my friends love it too! The packaging was so nice!! I’m always a bit cautious when ordering online but this proves to be a really good buy! Real silver, good quality, love the details and the concept!! I love in the Netherlands and the shipment time was pretty fast, but fedex isn’t really accurate in when it’ll come.

Steckt sehr viel Liebe drinne
Erst einmal kam das Paket super schnell an. Schon beim öffnen des Kartons war ich beeindruckt, dass so viel Liebe zum Detail drinsteckt. Eine tolle Verpackung, bei der ich mir direkt dachte, dass es sich auch als Geschenk super machen würde. Alles wirkt sehr persönlich und hochwertig.
Ich bin durch eine Pinterest-Anzeige auf den Shop aufmerksam geworden und hab mir die Sisyphos Kette gekauft. Sie ist super schön, auch wenn ich minimal enttäuscht war, dass meine Perle zu rund und "perfekt" ist. Ich hätte mir eine etwas "verformte ovale" Perle erhofft, aber mir war von vornherein klar, dass man sich das nicht aussuchen kann, da es ja echte Perlen sind.
Großes Lob an die Marketing-Abteilung, ihr kennt eure Zielgruppe super!

Very positive experience shopping with…
Very positive experience shopping with Createdbyill, gorgeous jewellery, and really unique designs. I had to contact customer service and they were really pleasant to deal with. Everything was packaged and shipped with care, with some small personal touches in the box that were really nice to come across.

Mehr Schein als sein
Der Schmuck wirkte erst super hochwertig, sah auch super aus, aber nach längeren Gebrauch nutzte sich der Schmuck sehr stark ab und ging kaputt. Also preis Leistung eher semi.
Fazit: macht qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und macht es auch meinetwegen teurer.

Guter Schmuck zum fairen Preis
Ich habe am BF zwei Armbänder bestellt und heute sind sie angekommen. Lieferzeit ist am BF mit 2 Wochen sogar gut, da sicher sehr viel Stress im Office war.
Armbänder sind schön verpackt angekommen und haben eine sehr hohe Qualität (verschweißte Nieten, Sterling Silver,...)
Alles in einem bin ich mehr als zufrieden und kaufe sicher noch einmal etwas dort ein.
