I left the colour in for as long as it stated to and it did nothing to my hair. It stained everything instantly especially the skin and the anti bleed spray doesn’t even spray and it also doesn’t work. Would not recommend

Before Christmas 2024 I had no complaints. I loved crazy colours. Now something has changed. Dye washes out way way faster, is much thinner. Plus I use 2 colour at a time. I do half my head one colour and the other side a different colour. The last few times I have done this one colour will bleed into the other. The worst is fire red. If you want your colour to last more than a couple of weeks try something like manic panic, which is my new choice.

Worst hair dye ever!! Stained skin and the bathroom! Wasn’t even a nice colour.

I have tried to dye my BLEACH blonde hair 3 times with this hair dye i followed the instructions step by step even leaving it on longer than the time give and washed it out. I turn to look in the mirror to find it has done nothing to my hair ONCE again such a let down was really wanting some cute pink highlights, shame

Absolutely the worst products and customer service.
DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON THESE PRODUCTS. Even if they are so cheap, still you lose much more in time and results!
I should have read the reviews here, not just order after seeing video on YouTube. That was definitely not real video, and surely paid by this company.
I bought Blue Jade and Candy Floss and decided on roots blue and rest pink. And in between just brushed a bit.
Yeah, the result was that I ended up like a Smurf. Pink was only here and there, just a tiny bit and the rest was blue. And at the roots, extremely blue! That was not even the shade of blue that I bought. The one on the length was, but at the roots....it was so strong like a royal blue. And I washed again the next day hoping the blue will fade a bit. Yep, no chance. Even the little pink I had disappeared after first wash. Now, after one week and a half and washed 4 times, my hair is still strongly blue at the roots and blue-ish the rest. A complete waste of money and time. And now I stay like a Smurf 😡😡 when I told them what happened, they just said that my hair was not blond enough, but it is actually white. Not even blond. WAS! You'd better hope Crazy Color company that I am getting my white back or you'll be so in trouble.
And they had the nerve to say I didn't put enough pink. Are you kidding me??? One bottle and a half for half hair and my hair length is barely over shoulders, and I have very thin and little hair because it was cut very uneven. That's my hair style.
And it says it doesn't stain? Hell it does! My purple over ear headphones are all blueish from wearing them. And the towels still get blue even now.
NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN! CHEAP BUT ALSO CRAPPY PRODUCTS.
I will stick to my professional colors even if I don't find them in such variety.
Biggest mistake I did with my hair. Ever!

I received an order of Anti bleed spray and I’d read in reviews that it didn’t work so decided to return it. They replied saying that due to hygiene reasons they couldn’t accept the return. It is a spray nozzle and you can see it has never been used. I also don’t understand where the ‘hygiene’ aspect comes from. In my opinion just an excuse not to refund you. BE AWARE YOU WONT GET A REFUND!!!!!

Worst customer service.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of August, it is currently the 3rd of September, and I still haven’t received my parcel or any help from crazy colour. I have emailed numerous times asking for my hair dye to be sent to me which just gets ignored. They finally responded when I asked for a refund claiming I haven’t emailed them and that they will send the hair dye, they’re now ignoring me again and won’t send me my hair dye or refund me!
Awful experience don’t order from crazy colour website.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying! I bought the temporary colour spray in lavender for my daughter who has natural, very blond hair. It just disappeared on her hair. It went on really dark and just...vanished. When I emailed them, I got a standard reply about how I should "lighten" her hair first. Definitely would not recommend. Save your money.

Don’t bother I’ve bought three different purples today today and they’ve all made my hair go blue £18 wasted and not the colour I was looking for considering I needed it for a pacific event this weekend. Are used to use this colour product all the time and it was fantastic but over the past year it has gone downhill and every colour you order it’s not the colour inside the actual bottle. I won’t waste any more time or money on this product again.

I have used crazy colour for 20 years on and off and they used to be the best brand for semi permanent vivid colours. Today that has changed, I pre lightened my hair and used three bottles of pinkissimo ( a shade I've had great success with in the past), applied it thoroughly and evenly, massaged it and left it for over an hour. My hair is patchy, dull and still has patches of my lightened hair showing through.
They used to be great value for money but now I will be buying a competitors pink dye to fix the mess I've been left with.
I would expect this result if I wasn't a dab hand at DIY vivids, or with a new shade I hadn't used yet, but this is such a let down.

So my hair is bleached blonde and i applied color icy mauve and even left it in for 45 minutes and after washing it out saw no difference! absolutely disappointed and such a waste of my time…

I'm so full of regret after using this dye. I've washed my hair five times after dying and still every time I touch my hair my hands get covered in blue. Three days later my ears and side of my face are constantly blue from my hair brushing over them. I used the anti bleed spray too, that did nothing. It was so messy to apply, and stained my skin and bathroom worse than any dye I've ever used, I still can't get it off the shower. I've dyed my hair a lot with different products and never had this trouble, I'm embarrassed to leave the house because my face and hands are
constantly blue, not to mention my flannels from the constant washing of my face. The colour is great it's just everywhere! I seriously wish I'd never used it.

Bad excuses, straight up lying to me about not seeing my messages and lying of the competition terms.
Long time customer and happy customer regarding the colors, but never using your products again due to bad customer service. You never lie to a customer and make them feel like they're stupid for not seeing your terms made up afterwards. Really dissapointing behaviour.

Nel corso degli anni ho acquistato diverse colorazioni della Crazy Color e devo dire che non deludono mai.
I prodotti di questa linea sono facili da applicare e da stendere per coprire tutti i capelli.
I colori sono davvero molto pigmentati e fluo come si vede nelle foto promozionali sul sito e sui profili social della Crazy Color.
Ovviamente più la base della nostra chioma è chiara, più il colore prende e diventa bello acceso.
I migliori effetti li ho avuti dopo aver decolorato i capelli di biondo platino / bianco.
N.B. I colori NON prendono affatto sui capelli scuri.

La durata del colore dipende dalla scelta di quest'ultimo: più è pigmentato, più la durata aumenta.
Es. il rosa confetto dura pochi lavaggi, mentre il ciclamino o l'arancione fluo o il rosso fuoco o il blu intenso durano anche 10-12 lavaggi (andando a sfumare man mano ovviamente).

Il colore va applicato sui capelli umidi dopo averli lavati; dopo aver ultimato l'applicazione bisogna attendere minimo 15-30 minuti a seconda dell'intensità che si vuole raggiungere. Se si vuole un effetto molto marcato e durevole, si può lasciare la tinta in posa anche di più; personalmente la lascio 60 minuti, se riesco anche 120 e il risultato è super-intenso.
Al termine della posa bisogna risciacquare i capelli, meglio con acqua fredda per evitare che il colore si scarichi troppo (e questo vale anche per i lavaggi successivi).
Prima e dopo l'asciugatura bisogna applicare prodotti appositi (maschere, oli, sieri) per mantenere il capello ben colorato, lucido e non sciupato.

⚠️ Quando fate la tinta e quando lavate i capelli armatevi di candeggina, acetone e spazzola per pulire perché se avete il bagno bianco rischia di rimanere macchiato dappertutto.
