Way over priced for the older movies/tv show they got, an the good movies are in French with no English option 😠 I canceled..

Service states premium ad free but certain content still has ads. False advertisement

The majority of movies are in French or ASL to make it look like they have an actual catalogue without having to pay for English content. The movies that are in English and actually decent have ads. Crave is so terrible that they must have put considerable effort into being this bad because the level of sucking could not naturally occur without a determined plan to be the worst streaming service the world has ever seen.

Worst streaming service in Canada. New release movies are all in French. Waste of money. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

The Scream movie commercial is very disturbing and I feel inappropriately violent

Incapable de voir une série sans que les pubs soient en continue, sans que l'épisode recommence au début et c'est sans les fois où la série recommence à l'épisode 1. J'annule mon abonnement sur le champs.

Son innégale et annonce trop fortes qui revienne sans cesse. Des fois tu as 3 annonces et 5 secondes plus tard ça recommence, encore 3 annonces

Absolutely terrible, streaming sucks, service sucks, options suck, expensive for no reason, would never suggest to anyone

On écoute le superbowl et les pubs de crave dépassent le temps d'arrêt. On rate la moitié des jeux. En plus on est 30 services en retard sur la réalité. Pu jamais je ne vais faire confiance à Crave!!!!

Too many ads, lag my internet, overcharge. Not impressed

The worst streaming service you could subscribe to. If you choose to overlook their poor lineup of content, and their clunky and heavy user experience (everything feels heavy and slow to load), you'll still be inundated with ad breaks every few minutes, and sometimes the ads will get stuck forcing you to exit and return only to then be immediately hit by another forced ad break which has a 50/50 chance of also getting stuck, and on and on.

Cancelling my subscription right now.

I would give it zero if I could. It NEVER let me login through my TV. They billed me a day early... making my disconnect one month more expensive. Also one of the worst prices of service providers with the least amount of non-crap programs. Can Bell just go out of business already and hand the reigns to a competent company?

bonjour abonné hier a crave en 4k surprise vraiment jamais vu une qualité si mauvaise pour l image et aussi le son vraiment tres decu cancceler meme soir je crois quil ny a aucun hd ni bolby vision jai vu certain meme film ailleur en streaming pour comparé et vraiment crave est tres tres mauvais pour le prix bye bye pour moi pour crave garbage.

We have premium subscription. Most of the programs still contains ads. Contacted crave support and they stated they run programming from other providers which have ads. This is not mentioned on their subscription page. I find this is a dishonest business practice and have cancelled my subscription. I urge people to confirm they know what they are getting for their "Premium Subscription".

Worst streaming service. Content is good, if you can find it. When you do, not only will ypu be subjected to MORE ads than network TV (remember, you're PAYING for this)...but the menu is clunky.. you can't surf between episodes to find the one you want, and again...SO MANY ADS....this service isn't worth ANY extra $....at all..

Shows don't load half the time, when they do they constantly lag. Other streaming services work fine on my internet, it is specifically Crave that has issues.

C’est honnêtement l’une des pires plateformes que j’ai utilisées. Impossible d’écouter un épisode sans subir des bugs. Si tu mets quelque chose sur pause et que tu reviens plus tard, la plateforme est incapable de reprendre là où tu étais : tu dois recommencer l’épisode et avancer manuellement.

Quant au contenu, c’est tout aussi décevant. On retrouve surtout des films et des séries qui datent d’il y a plus de 20 ans. Très peu de nouveautés, presque rien d’actuel.

Et les publicités… aucune variété. Les mêmes annonces tournent en boucle pendant des heures. On dirait une stratégie pour pousser les utilisateurs à payer un forfait sans publicité.

Au final, ça ressemble davantage à une grosse arnaque qu’à un service de qualité.
