Crave has terrible customer service. Thieves.

Do not get crave. Honestly feels scammy with how they treat subscriptions.

$14.99 for what seems ads every 10 minutes is ridiculous. And on top of that the app freezes, volume lowers when it goes to ads, won't play my series but will play other shows. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app numerous times. I do not recommend this horrible app. It's the worst app I have ever used.

Renews with no notice and they refuse to do anything once they charge you.

Crave TV is absolute trash. Not only is the content outdated and limited, but they make it intentionally difficult to cancel your subscription. You’d think in 2025 a streaming service would have a simple “cancel” button. Nope. Instead, you're forced to go through a maze of settings, redirects, and shady tactics just to stop being charged.

The user experience is clunky, the app is buggy, and half the time the stream quality is subpar. There are better free platforms out there. Crave is just a money-grab wrapped in nostalgia bait and frustration.

I hate everything about this platform. Avoid it like the plague.

Get rid of the mostly French only Audio options on the English original movies. Either include both options for Audio or include the original English Audio it was made with only. Quebec should not determine the majority of the programing viewed in Ontario. For 20 bucks a month I get far less than half of the programing available in English.

Constant issues.

Crave is a money grab operation we have 10 provinces only 1 speaks french as 1st language but if i want to watch most good movies i only have the french option unless i also purchase starz im a senior on a fixed income craves subscripion prices are among the highest of all the streaming services and even thou advètised in english they are not avialable unless i buy another overrpriced subscripion that is cheaper to purchase on amazon if i did not get this service for free (my nephew has the subscription) i would not ever purchase it shame on you Bell media

Switched recently to with ads because the premium price is extortionist. And ever since, Crave has been awful. Ads every five minutes, repeated ads concurrently and shuts down randomly. Watch the most recent Black Mirror. First episode. That’s Crave.

Worst site ever I don’t even want to give one star. So many commercials, I don’t even believe they r not doing anything after seeing our comments. Atleast remove the number of adds. Just making money. Will never recommend to anyone my friends had it they will unsubscribe too.

Be careful with Crave.ca, they charge you for your subscription renewal automatic and if you do cancel even 24 hours after the renewal there is no refund.

If I could give Crave zero stars I would. I foolishly signed up for the one year basic plan. I am about 5 months in. I have had nothing but issues. It does not work on our main smart TV or on our phones and has constant freezing and lagging issues. I tried to contact Crave months ago about this and never got a resolution. I tried again today. It is clear that we have not used it because it does not work and they should be able to see that. I was told that in their very fine print in their terms and conditions, it states that they will not give refunds after the service has started and apparently it also states in fine print that it does not work on certain TVs and devices without subscribing to the expensive $22 premium plan. Their only option was for me to pay an extra $22 to upgrade to the premium monthly plan and they would refund me $24 even though I would have paid well over $80 (after they told me it was against their terms to refund). I tried to reason with them for over an hour and this was their only offer.

I did not pay the extra $22 as I had trust issues and did not want to risk being out over $100 at this point. They saw this as me not wanting to resolve the issue.

Conclusion: Crave is a scam. It does not work on most devices (unless you have the premium version), they do not issue refunds apparently and their customer service is horrendous.

Crave with ads. Log in is slow. Circles go round and round. Show finally comes on. Stops mid scene and ads come on . . . at twice the volume. Repeat. Piece of crap!

Crave is the worst streaming platform out there. I thought Disney+ was pretty bad with the timing being off sometimes, but no, Crave is even worse. Way too many commercials. I watch a section of commercials than it gets stuck, I have to go back and resume. That brings me to another section of commercials. Plus sometimes when the show or movie comes back on it goes way back where you've already watched. Go back out again, another set of commercials. I had that happen twice in a row which means I watched 6 sets of 2 to 4 commercials before I got close to where I should be. Luckily my Virgin Mobility just offered it to clients free or I would never pay for them. It's terrible. Hopefully after seeing all these bad reviews they fix it. Otherwise I can't imagine them keeping satisfied customers at all.

Their subscription price with commercials should be free. I probably wouldn’t watch it free with commercials because they play too many commercials. More commercials than TUBI or any other streaming service with commercials. In fact, Crave with commercials is like watching a show about commercials with short movie breaks. They have the HBO rights so if you want HBO in Canada you get it through Crave. Beyond their HBO rights they don’t have anything worth paying for. Their customer service is also horrible.

The content is decent- but the customer service is the worst i've ever experienced. Even after I cancelled they kept charging me and when I tried several times to reach out and get refunded, they refused.

Rip off. They are modernized cable company who priced EVERYTHING out of control.

Waste of Money. One of the most expensive streaming services out there and most of the movies from the lack luster selection we would want to watch are in French.

Would rate zero if i could. Half of the films are in french with no option to change it. Awful subscription. No refunds either, paid $11.99 to watch 10 seconds of a film and spend around 2 minutes trying to change the language then seeing it is only french on an American made film. Awful honestly.

Worst streaming plateforme ive ever seen. I wouldn’t even recommend it if it was free. They tell you you are paying for some services that are not even included once you paid. Worst experience of my life.
