Great shopping experience
I've had a great shopping experience on Crafter's Market. Wasn't sure about it as it is new-ish, but used it a few times now and everything has been great. Nice products, sent quickly. No problems at all.

Great online selling place
Having been a vendor for over a year now, I can highly recommend Crafters Market as a place to sell online. I now use this as my only place to sell my work. Linking my own website to Crafters Market to make purchases. I find the whole experience just what ive been looking for. No need to keep checking if you have had a sale, as you receive text messages when someone purchases. Can highly recommend.

I bought a DIY bracelet for my…
I bought a DIY bracelet for my granddaughters 15th birthday. When she opened it she looked puzzled, then realised it was a kit.
The instructions were very clear, thank goodness as we had never done anything like this before. We were soon having fun putting her bracelet together and she is very proud of her achievement.

Love the site - but so far unusable as a vendor
Love the site - especially like the pro UK feel. Hence the 5 stars - but they are based on hope rather than experience. viz....
Filled in the forms and enrolled quickly.
Trying to find the market place icon which Holly tells me is up there next to the little person icon (ie as in etsy) But it isn't. Only ever little person and shopping bag.
Many links tell me I don't exist - which would explain why I dont have access to selling.
None of my daily emails so far this week have received a response.
When do I give up?

Worst case, we'll give you a full refund and investigate further to ensure the vendor is aware of your order. Best case, we find out where your item is via the vendor you shopped with and they can resolve this for you.
