CP Company have sold out big time.
I took my son in to Sports Direct to buy some goalie gloves, as it I know it will be a fad took him to the leaders in pile it high and sell it cheap.
Horror when walked in to see an area for CP Company clothing. I understand it’s Mike Ashley’s decision to stock it rather than keep it just in Flannels or Van Mildert. But surely CP can’t be happy having the brand devalued?
After 15 years of spending a grand or so a year on CP it’s now all going on eBay.

Veste CP COMPANY noire achetée pour l'anniversaire de mon fils en décembre 2022 240 euros en boutique, au bout de deux mois traces de décoloration sur la capuche, au bout de 4 mois décoloration sur les deux épaules, il apparaît des auréoles oranges, une honte lorsqu'on paie un tel prix !!! A fuir absolument, ce n'est pas sérieux !!! J'ai pu constater le même problème sur des vestes en vente occasion.

great customer service in store and good quality clothing for a fair price

One of my all-time favourite brands. They make some beautiful clothes but quality control needs tweeked badly

They have my return since 14 days and no response to paypal or anything , i dont want to pay for something that they have accepted as retour.

Sav inexistant. Bonnet payer 120€ . 1er lavage à froid (trempage dans de l’eau claire environ une nuit ) . Le bonnet et devenue tout rêche . Je contact le sav … réponse donne erreur de lavage de votre part c est pas notre problème. Aucun indication de lavage sur le bonne ou sur le site internet. Voleur à fuire absolument

acquisto Extra Fine Merino Wool Goggle Balaclava, semplificando e un passamontagna con occhiali sulla fronte che una volta sbottonati e fatti scendere come fossero occhiali dovrebbero, dovevano,, fare la funzione di occhiali se non che si appannano per una errata progettazione , naso dentro o fuori il resto del passamontagna non risolve il problema . insomma inutilizzabili se non per estetica . VENIAMO AL FORTE DERLLA STORIUA : FACCIO IL RESO COME DA ACCORDI E MI VIENE FATTO UN RIMBORSO PARZIALE DECULTANDOMI CIRCA 12 EURO PER LA SPEDIZIONE .

@cp_company_official I received 135 pounds when I paid for the sweater 160. I got charged 25 pounds for a return, totally unacceptable, customer service did not even bother to respond to my complains, never-mind make up for them, never buying from them again.

Coole Marke geile klammoten.Ich habe diese Fashion Marke erst dieses Jahr für mich entdeckt und gleich fünf Pieces gekauft.Bei C.P.Company.com habe ich erst zwei mal was bestellt.Beim ersten mal über Farfetch und beim zweiten mal direkt.Die Bestellungen wurden gleich Bearbeitet und die Packete wurden mit UPS beziehungsweise mit DHL Express schnell geliefert.

Bad customer service I got the wrong size hat I wanted to return the return is were costly I asked for a UK address instead of the Italy address but they won't reply or anything

J'ai commandé un bonnet enfant en taille M pour anniversaire de mon fils verdict le bonnet taille très petit déçue je decide de le renvoyer.
Remboursement qui as pris du temps...
SURPRISE on ma déduit des fdp alors qu'il était offert de base a aller de 89.90e le bonnet je passe a 76e!!
Plus jamais je déteste les commandes internes rien que pour sa des qui peuvent arnaquer les gens il le font!!

Love CP company. Two main issues...

1) Gf ordered polo from Italy, awful awful awful and complicated returns process. £10 delivery, no exganges. Have to return at £15 cost to self and then reorder with another £10 delivery charge... bloody awful service. Will never order direct from cp company again. Sad as I love their items. Will stick to UK sellers.

2) Sizing awful. Why have to size up when you could just assign the sizes accurately versus other brands.

Rubbish company to deal with. Didn’t have any return Labour in the box. So sent back on Royal Mail signed for delivery, and used address on their website. They’re now saying its my fault and there’s nothing they can do. Best off avoiding. Very very unhelpful!

⚠️SAV INEXISTANT À FUIRE ABSOLUMENT j’ai commandé une sacoche pour anniversaire de mon fils . La lentille avait un défaut … après plusieurs mail cp company a proposé de m’envoyer une lentille de remplacement… la commande passe le 4 juillet et toujours aucune nouvelle malgré les relances par mail . Je suis très déçu du sav Ticket #00041993

This company is shocking. Customer service is none existent. My parcel arrived damaged with missing items and they could not care less. I will have to raise a dispute through my credit card company.

Probably the worst company..ordered a top on 14th April and received it on 16th. The top was to small so I sent it back same day got a email saying it was returned and that the refund has been passed to the right people. 3 weeks later no refund so made a claim through PayPal as that's how I payed and today I get a response from CP via PayPal saying they will issue a part payment £65....when I paid £90 ....DONT THINK SO.. paypal have now refunded back the right ammount the fact they said iteam was sent back attached etc etc no problems ...I will NEVER use this company AGIAN

Ho acquistato una giacca C.P. Company pochi mesi fa e sono molto soddisfatto sia della qualità del capo, che del servizio offerto dall'asistenza clienti durante la spedizione della giacca

Incredibile ma vero. Compro diversi capi a gennaio per circa 2000 euro. Ho deciso di renderne alcuni e pochi giorni dopo porto i capi in negozio (possibilità di reso riconosciuta dall’azienda presso lo store di Milano). Ad oggi (10 marzo) sto ancora attendendo l’accredito del reso dopo varie risposte evasive del servizio clienti, l’ultima che “il reso era arrivato a magazzino ma era sfuggito ai tecnici”. Grande professionalità direi

Frustrated,angry and not happy with customer service at all.Purchase at your own risk with C.P.Company because despite the high price the goods are not premium but shop rotten
Garment going in holes weeks in,return to shop,told contact C.P.Company,do this and they say go back to shop.No I am not!It is not near me and customer service should sort this.
I would not recommend you buy this brand anymore,which is a shame as this is first purchase any issue has arisen with but will be the last.
