Terrible service. Ordered a cp company grey sweatshirt for £127, never arrived. Only proof of delivery is a parcel in the hand of the driver. No signature or anything even tho the parcel was meant to require a signature. Never recieved the parcel. Driver has obviously stolen it or left it somewhere ridiculous. Refusing to give me a refund or help me with a claim. Means I’m a sweatshirt down and £127 down. For a company that’s this big they have no interest in helping or assisting there customers in anyways possible. I love cp company but would rather buy off flannels or resellers. Would never trust using the main website ever again. Digesting service

ARNAQUE A FUIR! nous avons commandé un un sweat à 170 euros ... que nous ne recevrons jamais.... tous les jours le livreur DPD nous annonce que nous serons livrés le lendemain depuis 1 mois et CP COMPANY nous annonce que nous avons été livrés le 4 septembre, nous sommes le 16 et la commande a été passée en aout...GAME OVER! N'achetez pas cette marque vous payez pour ne rien recevoir! C'est bidon. Je n'espère qu'une chose c'est qu'ils mettent vite la clé sous la porte, il doit y avoir un deal entre CP COMPANY et le transporteur/Livreur DPD. Je suis écoeuré, je dois bientôt faire un thème sur les arnaques avec mes followers sur insta et youtube, je vais leur faire une sacrée pub à ces voleurs. Ca me dégoûte.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I need to return items but can't and they haven't responded to 3 refund request forms, 2 emails and an instagram message. Luckily I paid via Klarna so have stopped the payments after their advice. I'll keep the items until they contact me as its worth a princely sum. In future I'll stuck to using End etc.
DO NOT USE CP COMPANY DIRECT.

Absolute jokes. Take weeks to get back to you if you want a return. Provide you with a return form that you can't access unless you create an account. So you create your account, your order doesn't show up on it and it tells you to contact customer service. Back to square 1. Then, when you eventually access that return form and when you press "send", a "technical error can't complete your request" message shows up.

Also, a lot of people on here have reported sending goods back to CP Company and not receiving a refund.

That's not even mentioning that I bought an expensive Pro Tek jacket and that it showed up in a coardboard box WITHOUT any packaging.

The fact they don't reply to their Trustpilot reviews tells you how much they care about their customers.

Mais aucun souci, ce que j'ai commandé est bien arrivé. J'avais un numéro de suivi sur le site marchand ainsi que chez le transporteur.
La commande était bone.

Colis arrivé mais pas d'articles à la place rempli de carton valeur 280€ ça fais chère le carton .
Réclamation faite le 20/08/2024 réponse 2 jours plus tard "ils font une enquête" depuis plus de réponses.

Une honte saccoche jamais reçu sav inexistant à fuir absolument !!!!!!! Commande passé le 12 juillet

Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande ( une casquette à 100 euros quand même ) !! Ça fait maintenant 2 semaine , j’essaye de contacter cp company mais aucune réponse de leur part !!

Absoluut geen contact met ze te krijgen!
Helaas verkeerd item besteld (lens van de verkeerde afmeting). Via website geprobeerd retour te sturen maar retourknop werkt niet. Vervolgens 2 keer via het formulier op de website een bericht gestuurd. Geen enkele response. Daarna op internet naar email adressen gezocht: customerservice at cpcompany.com en enquiries@ geen enkele reactie. Op geen mogelijkheid contact met ze te krijgen of via website / formulier een item retour te sturen. Waardeloze service voor een heel duur merk! Mischien is het ze te veel naar de bol gestegen ofzo! Dit doet af aan het merk en ik vraag mij serieus af of ik met deze service nog ooit wat van ze wil kopen.

Commande faite le 15 juillet, compte débité et plus de nouvelles depuis, après plusieurs relance via leurs site aucuns retours de leurs part! A fuire un SAV nul et inexistant.
Et j'espère recevoir un jour ma commande sinon je porterais plainte contre eux.

On me dit que ma commande n’as pas été prise en compte pour refus de paiement je fais donc une deuxième commande et que fut ma surprise quand j’ai reçu deux confirmation de commandes ?
Alors qu’on m’as initialement signalé que ma commande n’avais pas était enregistrée ? Quand je rentrai le numéro de commande de la première commande sois disant non prise en compte elle n’apparaissent pas dans le suivis de commande ?

J’ai tout de même reçu deux articles et j’ai été débité deux fois tout de même .

Bien évidemment quand on fait des messages au SAV personne ne vous répond .
Puis quand je demande un retour de commande “service technique indisponible“
Donc non seulement je paye deux commande je reçois deux commandes , on ne me répond pas quand je fais des demandes de SAV mais en plus on peux même pas demander un retour par nous même ?

I’d give a zero if I could! Ordered a polo shirt for my husband. It is faulty, the zip is mangled and won’t go down, can’t even try it on. Had to fill in their contact form to arrange return. They take about 4 days to respond then they just said they couldn’t see the photos and to send them again so I did. Then 4 more days pass and they ask what order am I talking about!!! The order that I wrote on the bloody contact form. Here we are 10 days on and I’m no further forward. I’m going on holiday tomorrow so had no choice but to order a replacement which said it would arrive in 2/3 days. Well we’re 5 days in and it’s not coming until next week!! Absolutely abysmal company

koop er nooit meer wat
Ben benieuwd hoelang het nog

1) Stole my money,
2) first my order disappeared from their system the only trace was the Paypal order, then
3) when returning they claimed they had to return the item without explaining why and acting like they'd had previous correspondence with me
4) then kept the item. keeping 200+ euros

First and last buy from this brand

Je vois tout les commentaires c’est normal si vous commandez sur cpcompany.word c’est une arnaque le vrai site CP Company ne vous arnaque jamais et la qualité est top vu les prix!!

Would give 0 but not an option. Avoid shopping with this company. No way of contacting them other than email, unhelpful and lie. Asked to cancel an order and was told could not be cancelled due to being out for delivery a week late from date given as well as paying for delivery. Spoke to DHL who informed me they could recall the item but only iff it was done from them with a simple email. No longer a quality brand as is now sold in the actual Sports direct store.

Ware angeblich beschädigt, Retoure hat 8 Wochen gedauert, ewig kein Label erhalten. Etc.

Anwalt kümmert sich jetzt.

I do not recommend purchasing from this brand if you return something they will not refund you and you will simply be ignored

Really bad support. The brand felt of a shirt and I wanted to return it but then they wanna charge me 13€ for the return. And it takes months to them to get back.

It is the last time I will shop anything from CP Company

I received the jacket quite quickly but it turned out to have many defects. I wrote about a return in January and received a response only in March and offered a refund or a promotional code for a 20% discount. I write to their support and they respond once every 4 days. I wrote them the last message a week ago. and still haven't received an answer, it's just terrible how they treat customers
It's been 10 days and I'm still waiting for a refund
