Disappointing
You ask how did you do, when i have yet to receive my item. For a purchase as vital as a mask, the slowness of the delivery has been disappointing. I would have expected delivery within a couple of days but it has been over a week and I still am waiting, trying to sleep with a broken mask.

We completely understand how important these products are for getting a comfortable and restful night’s sleep and this certainly isn’t the experience we want for our patients.
We always aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so they can reach you without unnecessary delay. Once a parcel has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post, we unfortunately have limited control over the time it takes to arrive or how the delivery itself is carried out. If there are concerns regarding the delivery timeframe, Australia Post is generally best placed to investigate the journey of the parcel and any delays that occurred.
I’ve checked the tracking for your order and can see that your cushion is showing as delivered this morning. We really hope it has reached you safely and that you can now get back to a more comfortable and restful night’s sleep. If you haven’t received it despite the tracking showing as delivered, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help you follow this up.
For future orders where you urgently need a mask or replacement part within a couple of days, you may also wish to select Express Post at checkout. While delivery timeframes ultimately remain with Australia Post, Express Post gives urgent orders priority within their network and can help them arrive sooner.
We’re very sorry again for the frustration and inconvenience this delay has caused, and we appreciate your patience and feedback.
