Hiding under the company name Garden Univerese on ebay, I obtained a polycarbonate greenhouse which was a fair price. However it is very complicated and the parts dont seem to slot together. I enquired about a refund but they said it could only be refunded in the condition it came in? Of course you wouldnt know if it was any good until you spent the hours getting the thing assembled. (I have multiple persons look at this who have experience in greenhouses.
Long story short, rude replies, gave me a youtube instruction which contradicts the instructions and general attitude stinks. Will now have to do a bodge job to get this questionable item up and out of pocket for £250!!

Ordered a Polytunnel from their other company Garden Universe, 24 hour delivery it said, no sign for 7 days. Sent a message via the website, no response, tried calling and it just rings and then cuts off. Ive requested an order cancellation as order still not arrived and ive heard nothing

I received my rabbit run today, with the shipment tracking and confirmation from Cozy Pet. It's not my first time ordering with this company and I'm very pleased with the service and delivery as always.

Ordered a chicken coop it came and 3 panels were damaged they said I would have to pay to return it thrn offered me a 15% refund which was £22 so I payed £127 for a damaged coop stay well clear or check it before the courier leaves

I wrote a 1 star review on their site and then received a very sarcastic response from them via email. I explained that I had reviewed the product after receiving it without instructions and due to my disability I found it very difficult to put the animal pen together. They then continued to reply with a " how stupid" comment which again was extremely rude and unprofessional. To find such emails from a Ltd company is very concerning and considering my disability, being called stupid is discriminating. Who ever is in charge of customer service needs to be trained on how to be professional and understanding.

If only I had read these reviews before purchasing something from this website.
The item was discounted because it was a return, when it landed it was packed in a poor manner, all the protective wrapping was ripped and clearly reused from the last opening of the item, the cage had obviously been built and had had a dog on/in it because there was dirty nose & paw marks, there was no alen key supplied with it but it was too big for us anyway so a missing alen key didn't matter because I wasn't building it.
I wrapped it back up in my own protective wrapping and returned it next day delivery. Evri took a WEEK to return the item, I have emailed Cozypet twice now to ask where my refund is, with no response and still no refund. Its been 11 working days since they've had it back and their website says returns are processed within 7!
This is absolutely not good enough and very concerning when you don't receive your refund and completely unprofessional to not even communicate with your customers.
On my experience I would not recommend this website, I would recommend you avoid it.

Placed in order over the weekend for a RC05 cage for my daughter's rats did not receive a confirmation order so got a little bit concerned. I then went online to check the reviews of this company started to get a little bit worried when I read all of the negative reviews. But Monday morning receive confirmation from the courier that a delivery was on its way. The cage arrived on Tuesday as per couriers confirmation. My daughter wanted to assemble the cage herself which elves a little bit concerned about after reading how difficult people found to assemble these cages. She smashed it out of the park and assembled it all by herself within about 15 minutes. I'm a builder by trade and are very impressed by the quality and how easy was to assemble. Would highly recommend using this company again

Avoid! Bought the rat cage RC4. The assembling was that hard and messy that I had to ask for help from an experienced person. This person confirmed that the quality is extremely poor. He had to use a hammer! (Good bye warranty, good bye return), and a lot of industrial strength ducked tape to fix the wobbly panels. I reported the issue immediately to CozyPet (Friday). No any response, no offer to return for a refund. I left a one star review on their page. Guess what? They didn't show it. No return button on the page. No responses to emails. This company is by no means up to UK service standard.

Very quick delivery, ordered at 1330 and arrived around 1400 the next day. Securely packaged and well protected.

Easy enough to put together with minimal swearing, instructions could have been a bit clearer but no snaggles.

Quality of the dog cage seems solid and secure, one or two light rattles and areas where the sheet metal edge finish could have been neater and flatter. Overall, worth the price but confused over all the other reviews saying how awful they were.

Bought a rabbit hutch from here , nothing like advertised but only realised once I'd put it up so too late to send back . Totally miss leading description & picture .
They delete bad reviews from their website to make it look like they are perfect hutches .I tried to leave a bad review to let others know that the hutch advertised isn't the one you'd be getting but got erased every time ! Tried to call their customer service number but just keeps ringing and no reply from them via email .

Totally degraded items , on the picture they shows really well but in fact 3rd class items. Please do not buy

Bought a rabbit hutch that looked nice in the picture but they sent the wrong hutch which wasn’t what I wanted. When I contacted them they basically told me to get lost. Apparently I should be happy that they sent the wrong hutch? Just do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

I am very disappointed at the serviced room Cozy Pet. I ordered and paid for a 3 tier indoor guinea pig cage with stand and paid the more expensive postage with me being in Scotland.
In the additional notes it stated that Highlands and islands, N Ireland, IOM and IOW would be an even bigger postage charge but I do not come in to that category. I went to check out and it came up with the additional charge which I expected. A few days later I get an email asking for an additional £19.98 for courier postage due to my location. I emailed back stating this is their error as it does not state my location on the website.
They have ended up stating they are refunding me.

Very disappointed.

No response when I wrote via their website ( on Dec 9th 2023,on item bought. on 10th Oct, (about a faulty cat scratching post, jumbo scratching post CT07-grey. Cost over £40. Previous ones have lasted over 2-3years. The cord is too loose and has a 3cm gap near the top. It has lasted 4 weeks.
The contact no on one area of the web site is a figure incorrect, the other correct no cuts off, another link is a Canadian no.
It says...cozy pet stands for quality, value and design. Unless they respond to me, that statement is obviously false.

Order a dog crate for my car and it is the bigger than advertised and the quality is terrible. Metal keeps flaking off and it's nearly impossible to build. Have tried to contact for a refund as its only been 7 days and they are refusing to refund me! Very rude and terrible customer service, avoid this company at all costs !

Do not touch this company with a bargepole. If you have delivery issues then watch out for misleading information from a condescending employee.

I should have read the reviews before shopping with this company. I ordered a dog crate but unfortunately it does not fit my car ( can’t open the crate door). I have emailed, called, emailed and have heard nothing back. Absolutely, the worst costumer service. Stay away from this company!!!

I purchased a cat hammock and within days it was not safe for my kitten to use. I contacted Cozy pet via email, telephone and Facebook message and had no response. Awful products and a danger to pets.

Dangerous products and zero customer service. Do not buy from this company.

This company is THE WORST EVER appalling length.ofbtime to deal with my issue. Still no refund and they keep asking for the same info.overvandnover and over again!! Sick of wasting my time. Don't buy from them. Terrible service on refund. Still waiting 6 weeks later or more

I purchased a cage from Amazon, it arrived fairly quickly, the instructions were unclear but I managed to get it built. The listing said to check bar spacing as they are not responsible for this but did advertise that the product is suitable for ferrets, which is what I was housing. I check the bar spacing and all was good.

3 days later I found my ferret free roaming, completely baffles as to how she escaped the cage I assumed I had misjudged the bar spacing until my partner pointed out that one of the bars had come completely detached. One of my ferrets had managed to escape through the gap created and fall from the second story of the cage. Thankfully she was not gauged by the bar but it was a very real possibility.

I have had to do a temp repair on the cage and have contacted the company, they have not provided so much as an apology and are no longer replying to my messages. They have said they are sending a replacement panel but will not provide a tracking number for this and Amazon reviews show that it is common for these to never be received. I'm desperately trying to get a refund on the product now or at least a partial refund so that I can reinforce the entire cage but this is proving to be a nightmare as the company doesn't care.

It's important to note that I have also previously purchased a different cozypets cage second hand and this also had a bar come detached, however as I our based this s cond hand I assumed the previous owner has damaged it and done a shoddy repair job but looking at reviews online it is a common issue with their cages.

I have contacted the centre for pet safety to report this company too and will also be contact trading standards. Please avoid for the safety of your pets!

I did eventually get a replacement panel from the company and the same bar came detached these cages need to be recalled.
