Happy Customer

After reviewing all the comments. I want to give my own honest answer.

Ordered few furnitures from cozymatic. Sofa, table, vanity table, dining chairs.

All the items arrived in good condition. The builder building the furniture is very good and had no problem with the end product.

I do not care about the brand or design regarding counterfeit. If I like it then go ahead.

If I do need anymore furniture I can be happy to purchase from them again.

Cozymatic.com - does not even deserve 1 star..

If I only I could out zero or negative starts, I will definitely do it.
1. we received the item without notification- just couriers coming one day.
2. it was left outside our day in a wooden crate- no unpacking
3. Never mind that- the item was received full or scratches and dents. Handle to drawer was slanted. Item was so inferior that it was maybe worth 10% of what we paid for.

Will never ever buy from them again. All beware.

This company sells possibly counterfeit product. That sell “Briarwood Metal Art Patio Chair”exactly looks like famous Palissade chair from HAY. They even use photos from HAY’s website without their consent.
I’ve asked for a return after realising this might be a counterfeit product, they charged me 20% for a ridiculous restocking fee. They even told me they design, manufacture and photograph the product by themselves which is highly doubtful.
Do NOT deal with this company.

Illegal false advertising

I was tricked into buying 2 of their "Broderick solid wood table lamps" based on blatantly false advertising. If they were an Australian company what they did to me and are still doing to other customers would be illegal. I bought the 2 Broderick lamps purely because they're advertised on the Cozymatic website as an easy touch operation. The description says "with the touch of a button" and the display video clearly shows a hand gently touching the top of the lamp to operate it. Due to the location of our power points and the style of our bed-head we can't use a lamp that's on a trailing lead with in-line switch half way between the lamp and the power point. But that's exactly what arrived in the mail, over 3 months after making the purchase. Not only was it the slowest delivery of an order I've ever heard of, but the products provided were completely different from those advertised. Even the look is different - in the description and video it shows the top of the dome (where the switch was meant to be), as a sleek looking button the same colour as the dome / diffuser itself. However, what I was provided with is a cheap looking brass nut I had to assemble on the top of the pink and grey domes of my respective lamps. The company's robots (definitely not real people), denied their product was different from what was advertised. Then after hours and hours of stressfully and painfully proving my blindingly obvious point, they finally admitted they were in the wrong, and instead of offering my money back they offered me 5%. It was worse than insulting. It was the salt in the wound of their utterly abhorrent business practices. If I wanted my money back I was told I'd have to pay the very expensive shipping myself, and even then there's no way I could trust this company that they'd actually refund me, after all the lying they did via email over an extended period. We can't use the lamps because they have such a short lead and the switches are half way to the power point, so they (switches) sit right down and behind our bed in an inaccessible location, but I kept the lamps just so that Cozymatic couldn't steal from me, or lie to me again. My only advice would be to avoid this company at all costs. I know corruption is part of daily life in most Asian countries, but to the companies based there such as Cozymatic - that's no excuse for lying and stealing from unsuspecting customers from different countries such as Australia, where we can't defend ourselves in any way using our own countries' consumer protections. Spread the word: Cozymatic are a bunch of lying robotic thieves from overseas.

Stay Away.

Don't waste your time. After nearly 3 months, item arrived broken. Customer Service is useless and gaslights, only offering a 20% refund for a broken cabinet. Stay away from this ridiculous company.

I'm sure this is not the first…

I'm sure this is not the first complaint concerning this. I ordered an item and tried to cancel it a few minutes after. They forced me to pay a 10% cancellation fee. I guess I should have read the "fine print" before ordering. Still, customers should not be punished for canceling an item before it is shipped/processed.

Trick me once, shame on you…

A complete scam. Irresponsible company looking for quick money but no long term loyal customers.
This is now my second ugly experience with cozymatic.
Tried once and received the wrong product with missing parts. The customer service was horrible: it took them 2 deliveries and still sent the wrong spare parts. No refund.

Second experience, received damaged and dented fireplace, asked me to send pictures of parts and they are calling it “normal process traces” on the joints and they are asking me to return it at my expense. Doubt they’ll refund me… and it’s so sad because i really saved for this one. Learned my lesson!

Product arrived damaged

Product took forever to arrve and the arrived damaged. The driver saw the damage and even took picks of the item and still delivered it. he would not take it back .I was thenasked to remove all of the packaging to show the damage even though you can clearly see where it was damaged at the end. I now have a damaged item at home waiting to be collected 4 weeks after it was delivered.

Horrible company to buy from

Horrible company to buy from, stay away!!! My negative is experience started when I tried to cancel my order within the allowed time, Cozymatic replied that my order was in route even though the didn’t provide the tracking order, then the order took months to arrive and when I finally got the table it arrived damaged. At that point Cozymatic refused to refund my money and they said that if wanted a partial refund I would have to ship the broken table back, which was completely ridiculous… after a significan back and forth, Cozymatic finally agreed to send me a new table, today was the unboxing and guess what? It was also damaged!!!! I ended up agreeing because I was fed up with their horrible costumer service and still the table came once again damaged. Don’t buy from this site, it’s HORRIBLE

A very bad company

A very bad company, delivery a heavy damage to stand and no repairs or return, customer service just said this is a no return item which doesn’t show on the invoice.

DON’T BUY FROM COZYMATIC

Be careful! I strongly advise every one against buying any item from this website. The back of a chair I bought from Cozymatic broke shortly after I sat on it, with several nails poking out and posing imminent threat of injury to me. However, Cozymatic just asked me to return it to China without reimbursing the delivery charges, which would cost almost the same as the price of the chair. I’m now stuck with the broken chair and Cozymatic is not offering any meaningful assistance despite my repeated requests (they only told me to find another courier but I have already wasted days to search for those) …And their response below is just crap - they just stopped there and offered no help…

DO NOT purchase from this company

DO NOT purchase from this company. They sent used and damaged furniture to my home and refused to give a full refund on my purchase when they were notified of the problematic furniture the day of the delivery. They were even sent back on the day of.

On top of that, there is no customer service hotline to contact. After filing a complaint, only robotic email responses are given.

It claims to be a Singaporean company and the only SG phone number they provided on their website does not work. We can never reach an agent via the number.

Please stay away and spread the words about this company. Not only does the company not give your money back, but also cost me time and inconvenience.

Avoid at all costs!

I'm so regret that ordered furniture from Cozymatic

I'm so regret that I ordered furniture from them, quality is good as their furniture are quite expensive but not worth it for after buy service such as shipping, delivery and return (as mentioned no hassle for return) which are so bad. There is no arrangement for delivery date even item is huge. Item had been left in front of the lobby at the wrong building. I ordered two items which the smaller one ( but still big) was left in front of lobby without delivery arrangement. I had sent them email to concern about this issue beforehand for my 2nd item (bigger one), yep it was ignored.

There is a damage to the corner of my table, it is outstanding mark on it and I d like to exchange. Emails have been sent back and forth to request more and more photos which I had sent. Seem it will be endless conversation. They may think i would give up eventually.

Believed they are not professional enough to handle oversea customers and dealing with the services. Think again and again if you want to buy furniture from them and prepare yourself for those issues.

Very happy customers!

Ordered a beautiful new rug, angelick-beige-sisal-handmade rug and we’ve had a very positive experience!

Love this rug so much, it looks stunning in our lounge room and the product matches how it looks online. It arrived on time and the customer service via email and WhatsApp was superior. I would highly recommend their products, top quality!

I order 4 chairs

I order 4 chairs - I got 2 separate shipments - becaue of the wrong piece we were sent we were only able to put 1 together - we have 3 baxes still in our garage and no new pieces have been sent to fix the chairs. I have requested a refund and was told that I need to paid for shipping the boxes back to you and I was only get a pertial refund!!! So you sent the wrong pieces and I have to paid?
