We ordered a ~$900 shoe cabinet on April 30 and received on June 21. It came with a large cracked defect that can't be fixed or pushed in, with the entire cabinet wobbly and unusable.

Emailed the company who stated that I should try to push it back in. When I stated we are unable to do so despite trying, they stated they cannot refund despite the product being unusable and can give us a 20% cash credit or a 30% store credit. No replacements. No refunds.

Will dispute with the credit card company, but do not expect any help if any of the products are not correct. Do NOT buy any nice or expensive furniture from this company, they will do nothing to correct their issues when the delivery comes broken.

Compelte scam. They say ship in 1 month in hopes you will forget you bought the item. Then they will refund you only 1/2 and try to keep rest. Had to open case with my credit card to fight the charge

All of the 5 star reviews are fake. I ordered a chair in November and spent just under $1000 with shipping and the color of the chair was completely different than what was shown in photos and other reviews. I was expecting a light caramel color and what I got was a deep red/brown. The quality is similar to something you would buy from Amazon. I reached out to them explaining with photos and videos that they sent the wrong color and they told me there was nothing they could do. Buyer beware!!!

Complete scam! Do not use! I had terrible experience with this company. Bough rug for 250$ which on web site looks excellent quality product. When it has arrived it was cheap cheap copy of the once shown on web site. Something you can buy in a market for 20$. When I send them all photos to compare, they told me it’s the angle of the photos. And they can not do anything except 20% discount. This rug is completely unusable and looks extremely cheap.

I bought a small cupboard from cozymatic thinking it would be crap and nothing like the photo (I always live in hope) but it is really good. Exactly as it looks in the pictures and really well made. Customer service was great, letting me know when it was posted.
Shipping took longer than I thought but these days who knows how long things take.
All in all I am very happy with this purchase and I would buy from this website again.

I absolutely love my the shelf I bought for my coffee mugs! It's exactly what I imagined when I saw it on the site. I received updates regarding package transit, so always knew what to expect in terms of delivery date. Will 100% be using Cozymatic again.

I had been looking for a tv side table for a long time and found exactly what I wanted at cozymatic. I was nervous as I have not bought anything online before. The 2 side tables arrived yesterday and they are exactly as advertised. They are excellent quality. Communication with cozymatic via whatsapp was efficient and friendly.

Ordered what looked like the perfect chest of drawers for my bedroom. Was told that they would be made to order etc etc.

As I'd moved into a new apartment I really needed them quickly so paid an additional $280 USD to expedite faster delivery.

Started getting a little nervous when the courier wouldn't tell me the date that I would receive my items until I paid them another $180 Singapore Dollars.

Courier arrived and literally dumped the bulky heavy item at the front door and said they wouldn't do anything else.

Made me unpack it myself and literally left as quickly as he could. Lots of really thin polystyrene everywhere.

The item is not as bad as I was expecting (I'd done some reviews after reading some online comments). It's pretty clean and tidy on the outside, and sturdy, if a little crudely made (no soft closing drawers, in fact the drawers just pull straight out).

The biggest issue with the item is the smell. Jesus! The smell is horrific. It's very strong, giving me a headache and quite honestly I'm just thankful that I'm leaving for a business trip tonight, otherwise I think I'd be checking into hospital tomorrow for some toxicology tests.

Hopefully the smell will be gone by the time I'm home... and the paint won't have stripped off the walls of my bedroom.

I've sent a note to Naomi (who must be their only customer service rep given I always get the same email reply), but I don't expect to hear anything.

In short; BUYER BEWARE. What you see from these guys is certainly not what you get.

Spent $620 for a coffee table that arrived with a broken top. When I wrote Cozymatic they told me they wouldn't issue a refund or allow me to return the table because it was a "last item". The table wasn't advertised as a last item, but even if it had been, it certainly wasn't disclosed that it had been previously damaged with the top entirely broken off. The table was broken in a way that made it obvious it was broken before shipment, as the box was completely undamaged. Do NOT purchase products from this fraudulent company.

Cozymatic provides professional and excellent customer service. They respond to customer‘s query within 1 day and always keep me updated on my purchase status. The product is of good quality though price is not cheap. Overall I am happy and have a pleasant shopping experience with them.

I came across Cozymatic whilst searching for a TV stand that I really loved but couldn't find for sale anywhere. After checking trust pilot I saw they had a fair amount of negative reviews but decided to risk it and purchase this TV stand that I really wanted from them.

I can honestly say that the whole experience was 100% positive. I was able to speak to their customer service team via WhatsApp, they were super helpful. I was told my TV stand would be delivered to me within 8-12 weeks of purchase, it was delivered by week 8. Perfect. and the TV stand was even nicer than I thought it would be, beautifully crafted, solid piece and it looks amazing.

I'm so glad I purchased this TV stand from them and didn't settle for something else.

Fraud service. Avoid buying from them

We have bought Cozymatic furniture and have had a good experience so far. Love that their collection is thoughtfully curated and suitable for urban apartments like those in Hong Kong. Would continue to support this brand!

I bought a table and chair set and the product arrived damaged, tabletop bent and the paint cracked. We were disappointed with the quality, and, having bought the product believing the “hassle free return” tagline, tried to return the product and ask for a refund within 30 days of the item arriving, as per the refund policy. When we requested the refund, the customer service agents told us it would be considered a “change of mind” return despite the product being faulty/damaged, and therefore we would only be elegible for a 20% cash refund and spray paint. If we wanted to return the product we would need to pay for the shipping to China ourselves (at a cost that is more than the cost of the product). After months of arguing, insisting that we should have a full refund, we finally gave up because we felt like we were talking to robots and we were getting stressed and frustrated.

Strong recommendation to avoid buying from this company to avoid similar negative experiences.

Also, BEWARE- I have left precisely the same review on the Cozymatic website on the relevant product page and it has not been published, the product has 0 reviews. I wonder how many others have written 1* reviews of the product and they haven’t been published.. cannot trust this company.

Also #2, the reply to this review asking me to contact Cozymatic and they will help in any way they can is borderline offensive (after several months of back and forth and no help provided).

Is my 3rd order, although delivery is longer then expected but due to good quality and that’s where I repeat my order , however keep it good quality and never deteriorates. Design is unique and expect new design coming up soon , thank you.
