Happy with my carrier

Ordered the carrier on Feb.12th and had to reach out March.2nd to ask where it was. Just to find out it hadn’t been sent out yet and was on back order…nobody had reached out to let me know anything and I had to keep emailing to even get a reply. Asked for a refund and have still heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible experience and still don’t have my refund.

Price was lower than at local online shops and the product we got is the one we ordered. Highly recommend!

The website boasts that they provide same day fulfillment but after days of not getting a shipment update I contacted cozycarriers and was informed it would take 15-20 days for my carrier to ship. I instead asked for a return because I needed the carrier sooner. I was put in contact with Kara from their company, she tried to talk me out of a refund twice in the past several days instead of processing my refund right away. After several more days she finally sent my return to their finance department to get confirmation, that was 10 days ago and still nothing. I again reached out asking for an update and was given the same copy and paste email that it’s being reviewed. I took to their social media platforms to share my displeasure and was promptly blocked so others couldn’t see my reviews. Do not buy from here, you will never receive your order or get your money back.

After leaving multiple bad reviews and sending several emails I was finally issued a refund.

Ordered over a week ago and although it says 5-8 days for shipping, I’ve reached out and no reply. The automated emails have grammar errors as well as spelling errors. Social media pages only started posting in January of 25. Stolen photos from other companies. Going through my bank to try and get a refund. Should’ve done my research prior to ordering.

My friend tried to purchase a carrier for me as a gift they texted through a confirmation but never sent an email confirmation.
After following up multiple times with customer service she was advised that the carrier isn’t in stock despite being able to purchase online. She has asked for a full refund and is receiving 0 response from their customer service.
I’ve tried posting comments to warn others on their social media and they are deleting comments. They have messaged me a threatening DM via instagram.
“Hello, your friend is lying because I watch out costumer support and we answer everyone. So before you say something you should know what to talk about.”

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Verry happy with my carrier. Waited for a week but it was worth it.

Any positive reviews must be a part of the scam because all I’ve heard is negatives!

I got my order in two weeks. I could track the order with a link in my e-mail.

The carrier looks good, my Son likes it. I had a question about the carrier and asked my question via DM on Instagram. Within one hour I got a answer back.

An absolute scam!!!! They have taken my money and I'm still waiting a month for the delivery. Do not buy from this company!!

Ordered a carrier and waited the time they say it would take to arrive. The tracking never got updated. When I got in contact, eventually they managed to contact their ‘fullfillment team’ and found that due to high demand they had run out of the product. They should have contacted me straight away. I repeatedly asked for a refund as I found a different carrier elsewhere as I needed it by a certain date. They repeatedly ignored my request and kept offering partial refunds ‘while I wait for the product’. I went through PayPal in the end to claim my refund due to their atrocious customer service.

Absolute scam.
Kept changing the reason why they had a delay in shipment. First it was this week and now it’s 15 to 20 business days however the item is still on sale on the website. Photos have been stolen from other websites.

SCAM do not buy from them

Scam, they aren’t advertising their product, it’s stolen images! When ordered, a month later and I still haven’t had any dispatch notice, each time I email questioning they say they have stock issues but it’s resolved and they will dispatch it this week, but then don’t etc repeat!
