This is a big scam!!! Pls stay away from this shop it’s never real . I paid for 2 carriers is been over 2 months and all the follow ups I have made has not landed me anywhere. Very pathetic this has ruined my family! STAY AWAY IS A SCAM

It’s a scam. We ordered months and months ago. Keep saying the order is being processed. An absolute joke! Do not buy from this brand.

There website and baby carrier is a complete SCAM!! I paid $130 for a baby product on special plus delivery insurance, which they had set up.

On the 20th February and we are in 17th April 2025 and still no baby carrier.
They reply back to my email saying, they had run out on the product and will send out asap, as soon as they made some new ones.

I emailed them back saying, I want a full refund and they just didn't reply back, and haven't heard from them since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM...

This company is a complete SCAM! I placed an order a month ago. No product sent. I followed up multiple times and got a generic response that they were shipping out soon and checking with fulfillment team. Finally I called my credit card company to get my money back and found out that the company took money out on March 24 for my purchased item and there was another amount set to come out on April 24. My CC company told me that my card was now compromised and I had to immediately shut it down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER! It’s a complete scam and I wish I checked reviews before buying. Order on Feb 11 and kept receiving emails saying they were out of stock but would ship when manufacturer had some made. Still haven’t received a product or refund and no one is responding to emails.

SCAM- do not purchase. Placed an order feb 12 and recieved nothing after 2 months. I've sent repeated emails with the same generic response and no progress. Wish I checked the reviews before purchasing!

Have been waiting for a response, ordered one of these carriers 3 months ago- got a response saying it was delayed until March(its not mid April and getting no response)

It’s a scam never received item. Continuous excuses. Had to file a dispute.

I got scammed told me they were getting a new shipment after seeing online they had the product I wanted available I ordered feb 28 they were getting "new orders" by march 31 I still havent heard from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

As others have said, if I could give this company a 0 rating, I would!
I requested that my order be cancelled almost 2 weeks ago due to a shipping delay. I needed the carrier for a holiday and it was no longer going to arrive on time. The company tried to offer discounts and delayed communication, so that by the time I had requested the cancellation multiple times, they then advised the order was ready to dispatch and couldn't cancel my order any longer.
I have disputed the transaction with my bank as the company is refusing to provide a cancellation even though the order hasnt been dispatched yet. I havent received any confirmation of the order being shipped and after reading reviews, I doubt I will receive the carrier in the mail either.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM!!!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This company is completely unprofessional. The product was advertised with a delivery time of a week from the time the order was placed. It has been well over a month and still no shipment. They keep trying to buy time by saying the order is ready just needs to be picked up but yet nothing. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times but yet they keep ignoring my request. If you are in the market for a baby carrier purchase through a trusted/reliable source!

Terrible company, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered my carrier on the 19th February and still haven't received my order in April. Buyers beware, my advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company and horrible customer service! Do not trust this site. Like many others, I never received my carrier after several weeks. Complete scam. I have to dispute the order/charge through my credit card company. I will be ordering the Mabe carrier instead.

Ordered almost a month ago and been told there was a manufacturing delay. Customer service have refused to refund and keep telling me its been shipped but no tracking details have been received. They would rather destroy their brand reputation than refund customers when appropriate

Should be a 0 option! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are fake and you will lose your money! They have used photos from other websites and photoshopped their logo off the carriers. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Paid in full. One month later nothing got delivered.
Customer service is extremely poor. We're 70 Euros short and still nothing delivered. No reply on refund, no reply on shipment, nothing.

Deux mois que j’attends ma commande, toutes les semaines ils me racontent qu’il y a un souci dans le stock bla bla. Quand je leur fait mauvaise publicité sur les réseaux, ils me menacent, et me bloquent.
Ils ne répondent plus aux e-mails. Bref, à fuir si vous ne voulez pas perdre de l’argent

Terrible company. A complete scam. I feel like an idiot for not reading reviews before ordering as all the reviews below echo my experience. I have not received my product after 9 weeks and multiple e-mails saying “Fulfillment is working on it” and “it will be sent out by _ ( enter date ).” I just reported them to my visa as a fraudulent transaction.

Not a real company. Avoid!!! Product will never arrive and the response team is autogenerated.
