I too ordered a carrier mid March and haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them and they said it’s all ready to go just waiting to be picked up by the carrier, and that was over a week ago. I emailed them again asking for a refund that I no longer want my order, and have heard nothing. This company is a total scam! Will be contacting my credit card company to see about a refund.

I ordered my carrier (which showed “in stock”) early February, it is now MAY and I still have not received my order!!! I have emailed them multiple times and they keep telling me that my “order is awaiting pick up from the courier”…. So frustrating! I feel like I have been scammed. My baby is going to be too big for the carrier by the time I actually receive it… if I ever do receive it!

Do not use this company. I’ve waited over 3 months and haven’t received my order. Every time I email they give a poor excuse and say it’s being shipped or it’s waiting for the courier to collect etc. I’ve asked for a refund many times and they keep saying it’ll be sent soon. A complete scam site. I’ve since gotten a refund through my bank

Ordered in March still haven’t received product baby carrier even though I’ve emailed several times.. asked for a refund twice now and now the company are not replying. DO NOT USE this company!

Baby carrier was supposed to be shipped in February 2025. As of today still nothing received and no one answer to the emails. Total scam! Avoid it!!!

Truly horrible customer service. I placed an order end of Feb, it’s now May and I still have not received it. I get the run around every time I email support saying it’s with the courier but hasn’t shipped yet or will be shipped asap and then nothing. I keep asking for a refund, and have been since about two days after placing the order, and still nothing. It’s obviously a scam, don’t use

Took over a month to arrive. Even once arrived, fit doesn’t look anything like in picture and weight distribution is really poor. Can’t wear for more than ten minutes without neck / back pain. Used to have a babybjorn carrier for previous children and could carry them for hours

Fraud-
Ordered early Feb 2025. Was told there was a slight delay of between 5-7 days due to high demand! Back and forth since and have asked for a full refund. They have now stopped replying to emails.
Very disappointed.
Stealing from young families it’s sickening.

3 months of waiting for my order and begging for an update via email. First it was out of stock then it was restocked but still never shipped to me. They continued to give me estimated dates which would all come and go. No refund, very unresponsive unless you email everyday . Maybe a scam or maybe it’s a company who has zero fulfillment system

Ik heb bij Cozycarrier een bestelling geplaatst, maar het product nooit ontvangen. Er was wel mailcontact, maar telkens kreeg ik ontwijkende of nietszeggende reacties. Een echte oplossing werd niet geboden en mijn geld heb ik nog steeds niet terug.

Wat vooral niet klopt: er is geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar voor klantenservice en het bedrijf is nergens officieel geregistreerd – ik heb geen inschrijving kunnen vinden bij de KvK of enig ander controleerbaar bedrijfsgegeven.

Inmiddels heb ik aangifte gedaan wegens oplichting, want ik vertrouw dit voor geen meter meer.

Pas op! Bestel hier niet. Meld deze webshop waar je kunt – dit soort praktijken moeten stoppen.

I’ve emailed them so many times and they ignore it or send a blank statement of thanking me for my patience. I’ve requested a refund now after months of waiting and they ignore me every time. Just another person that was scammed by this company, please don’t use them!!! I ordered a carrier 1 month ago today and after emailing multiple times to cancel and refund they eventually just stopped responding to me. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews on here they’re also fake!!

Ordered Deluxe houndstoothe carrier on 5th February and never received it until this day, no tracking and no confirmation.
Back and forth with emails and no refund. Lucky I went through PayPal and have been refunded through them. I had a feeling this company was a fake, they’ve taken pictures from momcozy carriers and used them for their own website.

Don’t buy from this company! I feel like they’ve paid or made up fake accounts to put 5 star reviews

The service from this. Company is appalling. I bought for a baby shower back in March and I still haven’t received it. I see now that everyone is in the same predicament. Asked for a refund but was told that it was waiting for courier to pick up. What a horrible company this is! Contacting my credit card company to see what can be done to get my money back !!!

What a scam!! Bought from them for a babyshower I was attending and it did not arrive on time. Then now 2 months later I still haven’t received anything and no answer from their support “team”…
I guess it is money out of the window:(
