So initially the three “posts” inside the “cave were hard to align. Once they were in the rest of the tree went together quite easily. Of course “Lucy” helped.

The catio came packaged very well. All the pieces were included. Everything was in good shape. The directions were easy to follow. The catio itself is wonderful. I am very pleased with my purchase 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I would give it a five, but I think the areas for the cats to sit in aren’t that big for an Adult cat who weighs 10 pounds. Other then that I love it I think it’s made well easy to put up and looks great

it took us 3 1/2 days to assemble. My husband is usually very good and patient at putting things together so we were successful. We put many clips in every possible place that we felt it would help. Out two cats weigh 22 lb so we felt the cage needed lots of stability. I have two recommendation, The plastic
floors need to be made from something stronger since we are already taping Also the clips for the doors are just not big enough or strong enough, we already had to buy bigger ones. My husband says the plastic assembly clips are already to weak and breaking. They need to be much stronger. Our cats are enjoy the privilege of being outside. We did it but it was a job

This cat enclosure is very nice, very large, and was packed well for shipping. It's a great option for those who can't or don't want to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a wood and/or immoveable "catio." It was easy to put together, it has a lot of room (both vertical space and horizontal, what I've noticed is that most wire enclosures seem to have footprints that are quite small and this is the biggest one I found after A LOT of looking), and it comes with quite a few extra parts to use as needed. One of the door panels I received was defective, and customer service was easy to contact and get a fast response from. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I received the replacement I needed. A few comments about negative statements from other reviewers: The structure is not unstable - many of the negative reviews that say it is not secure include photos that show the enclosure was built without the provided clips, ties, and hooks. Those MUST be used! Also, the secure shipping might be the cause of the small chips that some customer reviews have mentioned, but the tight packing requires care to remove the pieces from the box. Any chips can easily be touched up and probably should be so the enclosure doesn't rust. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase, and my cats love their new catio.

The cage was great for what I needed. I had to drop some new holes. It was a heart to Kay Girard in a good amount of time.

Great product and value. I assembled the hutch by myself with no issues. All the holes line up perfectly. I not only would I recommend this hutch, I am buying more.

I was able to shape it into my own space because of the single panels vs. pop up shapes. Price was very reasonable. Cats are LOVING it!

The ramp is every thing it said it is. It all plastic and has a medal bar going threw it. To hold the two together. The only complaint is that it has scratches on the deck with red in the scratches. To me looks like it was used. I have a senor dog is why im getting this he like to go and now has problems getting in and out of the car i cant always pick him up put him in. Also my package sat in tracy calif for days. At that point how close tracy is to where i live not fare at all. I did a in a request of why it was there that long. They said at firt spechial sercomstamces. Then i ask again. Finely they said they couldn't read the label they had to get a new one.i like to submit the photos but i dont see a spot to do that. The ramp works does what it said it do so we are not going to send back and wait for a undamage one. With all this it did arrive and didnt really take a long time. We got it at about 1pm may 23 started getting sam my dog training on it eight away.yes we will use you to get other products in the future. Thank you for making my dog sam life easier

I found the ramp to be sturdy, but light and easier to handle than our previous one. The latch is a good idea, but is hard to align and difficult to lock into position so it leaves a lot to be desired. All in all I'm pleased with the purchase and my dog has no problem using it.

The instructions were vague, each panel is numbered however they need to be oriented correctly and this is extremely helpful. I had to disassemble screwed together panels due to later in the assembly process realizing they were oriented incorrectly. Screws listed for one assembly were not long enough and had to use some of my own. Some cracks in supports had to be glued before assembling.
