Thank you for the wonderful way the catio was packaged and for including some extra screws "just in case". We were also extremely pleased at how fast it was delivered! The directions were easy to follow although we had to use a battery screw driver so assembly wouldn't take so long (but did it very carefully like you said) not to damage the wood. The only thing I would change is to put the door up on the smaller panel which is very easy to step over and that way the cats can't race out when you open the door. The other suggestion is one of the lower shelves needs to be twice as wide to fit all the way to the door so the cats can actually jump up to the shelves/boxes on the 2nd level. Impossible to jump straight up. We had to build a ramp so the cats could jump to the second level. Over all wonderful purchase.

The pieces of the enclosure were easy to assemble. Instructions were ok but you have to pay attention to the details in the illustrations. Good quality item. My pet is very happy!

Fast Shipping - slight adjustments required
The treadmill arrived quickly, and I did not have any trouble following the assembly directions. There was a slight bump on the outside edge that made the rotation of otherwise smooth wheels hiccup at first, but they were easily sanded down. Coziwow was extremely quick to offer replacement parts but it was so easily solved that it was not necessary. My cat is now starting to get the hang of walking on the wheel at a comfortable pace.
Say, do you make these in human sizes?

Would like a 2” or 3” ridge on either side of the ramp. My dog has neuropathy in her back feet so she can’t tell if she’s on or off the ramp with her hind feet. A fall hazard. But otherwise is a well made product

I love the cat house . It’s very nice and it was easy to put together. Thank you so much ! I was happy I found this online , it was cheaper than what the others were selling it for.

I purchased two large cat enclosures while they were on sale. I used exactly the screws as stated. I don’t not have enough of the A3 for either. I had to go out and buy more screws. But I have an over abundance of all the other screws. Then on none of the #9’s had stickers on them. And maybe you can make the brackets longer on the shelving so you don’t have to bust your knuckles trying to screw in a screw at a horrible angle because of lack of space. And although I appreciate fast shipping (which was excellent) I put in my notes not to send it out until Thur/Fri to my new residence because I was route to get there. So they got rained on. Luckily my new neighbor put them behind my house. For the price they do the job as needed. A black or brown version would be nice.
Update: They contacted me and offered me a solution to my problem. So I gave them 5 stars based on their customer service. They went above and beyond. Of which I didn’t expect.

Nice product

Easy to assemble. Sturdy, sleek and elegant looking. Cats took to it right away. Not loud at all.

This was actually pretty easy to put together and I didn't use the instructions.. I found YouTube video of someone putting this together and it was done within 5 hours.. with that said I bought this for my birds as an aviary so I did not have to put all the shelves together. It's pretty spacious and I believe it's going to work well. The only reason I gave four stars is because the latch was missing and one of the panels was longer than the other so the screws didn't quite fit however this is an amazing upgrade for my three small birds with the Black Friday deal it was worth it!

It is a very simple design yet very thoroughly designed and fabricated.

The company called me upon delivery to see if the content of package was ok and if I needed help with anything. It was too early to tell as I was waiting for my helper to put it together (it does takes 2 to assemble it).
We took our time and followed the instructions, and it came nicely together. I recommend pre-drilling the screw holes (check for appropriate drill bit size) to make it easier.

I really appreciate the simplicity and care put into this product and the customer service.

I purchased the catio to go inside my shed. I didn’t want the ferals to have full access to what I store in there. It works perfectly. I also bought an in/out cat door . I am very pleased. I was able to assemble it by myself. The instructions and labels were extremely precise and helpful. Quality product at a good price!

I hate writing. I'm pleased with the quality and it'll work to keep my tea cup yorkie safe. Our neighbors big puppy dug some pretty big holes so he could share his toys with our yorkie pup. They're best buds but those holes are dangerous for a 3.4 lb yorkie to play with a 50 lb Griffin.
