Odpowiedź od Cozey

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Altus didn’t meet your comfort expectations.

Since the Altus is upholstered in leather, it does have a smoother surface that naturally offers less grip than traditional fabric. This can sometimes cause a slight slipping feeling when sitting down, especially depending on the type of clothing worn.

We appreciate you pointing this out, it’s helpful insight, and we’ll be sharing it with our product team as we continue refining future designs.

We felt the sectional was to deep and the leather was to slippery, but loved the quality of the sectional
