I still do not have my order. The shipping company claimed to have attempted delivery multiple times, despite the fact that my shipping address is open 24 hours a day AND I was in the building for all delivery "attempts." While Coyote has shipped a whole new order, they're using the same garbage shipping partner for delivery. The new order has also not yet arrived. I likely won't support the company again until I know UniUni is not the shipping partner for deliveries.

Very satisfied with multiple orders from Coyote Jocks. Orders ship quickly and arrive in a few business days. I have also been pleased by the quality of the items and the fit has been great as well.

Great fits and great products overall! I will note that the Cadet Fly briefs fit properly true to size, the Core Classic brief fit a little big. I own underwear from many different brands, and while I'm a Medium 99.9% of the time, the Core Classic would have been better as a Small.

They still work through and I'll no doubt be ordering again. Shipping to Canada was super quick too!

My favourite jock strap brand. Ordered direct from them and good website and delivery. For me they are a really good fit and really comfortable. The Varsity model looks great.

Firstly im a big fan of Coyote Jocks, and bought plenty from them but the delivery times for this company seems to be getting worse. I bought something 2 weeks ago 26th Aug, The delivery day is supposed to be today the 8th Sep, according to tracking the package hasnt even been picked up yet, so who knows when ill see it.

It seemed unfair to reject a return for a bodysuit when it was clearly an exchange for a different size. Because there was no leniency, sadly I will no longer purchase things from this brand again.

I reached out to customer service in good faith, expecting a reasonable resolution to a quality issue with my order. Instead of addressing the issue, they offered 15% off a future purchase as a supposed “gesture of goodwill”—which, in practice, requires me to spend more money with the company to receive any remedy at all.

A genuine gesture of goodwill would have been applying the 15% adjustment to the order in question and making a reasonable effort to resolve the quality concern. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not leveraging a complaint into another sale. The entire experience felt disingenuous and has left me with very little confidence in the company.

It was well-made, fit perfectly, and I felt so confident wearing it to a music festival.

The sizes were inconsistent and quality did not match price unfortunately. Got sucked into the gimmick of hiring instagram boys to promote a product that isn’t all that well made :(

The underwear I wanted are out of stock a lot so I had to wait a while! When I ordered shipping was quick, size chart is pretty spot on and they feel great!!

The company won't do any exchanges - be very careful: I used the size chart to order the size I felt would be best - every company is a bit different with sizing. The item arrived (Medium) and it was super small. I did not remove any tags. I asked to do an exchange for a larger size and they told me they don't do any exchanges or returns. That is very poor customer service. I don't want my money back. I want an item that fits. Now I can't get a refund OR even use the item.
