Took 10 days to send order, the tracking has it at Dallas and hasn’t moved, I get an email saying package has taken a detour, I ask for them to send another bag out as it was for Christmas, 7 and a half weeks since ordered, the last 2 weeks they have said they will give me a refund, countless emails later with them saying it will take a couple of days to process, still no refund
Horrible Customer Service. I had to call in bc they shipped half my order to the the wrong location. Shipping was awful. It has been almost a month since the order and would have just now gotten half of it.
The lady rushed. I asked how the issue would be resolved and then I just asked for a refund. She refused to give me conf number, send an email, etc. She told me she was going to mute herself when I was asking for these things. Lesson learned to never order from this company again and probably money lost to a scammer......
Ordered two “mystery boxes at different price points. Delivery took a lot longer than the 5-10 days. Only one item arrived. Emailed to Inform them and had to send photos. Item I did initially receive was the actual advert example of the lower price point box.
They did send the second item-it is the same as the first except for colour. Have emailed back and they have confirmed that yes I was sent a second of the lower value item as the original was the higher prices box. Have mailed back saying no you literally sent me the advert item and now it’s radio silent.
Will be filling charge back on credit card
