I spoke to Will when I made my initial enquiry. Will was polite, informative, and extremely helpful.
When compared to speaking to larger insurance companies, this was much more relaxed and personable.

After having quite alot of trouble getting the right insurance sorted for my business I finally came across Cowens and a wonderful guy called Will Dowd who at last knew what he was doing. All sorted and he explained clearly to me everything I needed to know. At last people who know their stuff !

I was given Cowens number by a large insurance company who could no longer insure my vacant property , I spoke to Will this morning who was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of information, I would definitely use Cowens again, especially Will for any other insurance needs and would recommend them .
