These individuals often pretend to represent legitimate insurance companies or brokers, but they are not approved or regulated to do so.
Unfortunately, because ghost brokers are not authorised, any transactions or communications made through them are not valid, and we’re unable to deal with them on your behalf. You provided us with evidence confirming this during our previous communication.
