Absolute disgrace of a company. I have sent 5 emails to cancel and had no reply. I even found the creator of this company on LinkedIn and Facebook and attempted to contact them nothing. Just avoid them at all cost. They are a complete scam.

Just like the other's once they get your credit card information, they will not cancel it and they continue to charge your card, will not respond, I am contacting my bank to see if they can stop the payments. I have a call into the better business.6173

It helped me quite a bit in terms of saving time, but it's strange you need to e-mail them to cancel your subscription.

What really got me though, I have 19 credits on my account from paying 3 months for the service and not using a lot of my credits. They remove your credits once you cancel. I've paid for these and they're taking them away. Once I asked what about my credits that I paid for they went radio silent. So yeah, that's a scam.

I want to recommend it, but I'm not going to unless you want a company stealing your money.

It's a Total Scam! I should have researched before purchasing a one-time cover letter from them. They charged me $1.40 for the letter, then $26.69 and $26.96 two separate times! I am doubtful I will get a response after reading the reviews. Now to file the complaints and cancel my credit card, good times.

Been emailing back and forth with the company and they straight up lie to you. They say they don’t offer the plan you used. I purchased a one time cover letter and they sneaky put me into a subscription and refuse to refund me my money.

Just like many reviews here have stated, the cancelation process for this service is impossible. I should have been smarter before subbing and looked into them further... this service is a scam, there is no response from their support team, and no option to cancel via self service on their website... its literally a black hole. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO THIS SERVICE! I needed to report this site as fraud to my bank to get out...

on top of their shady subscription model, they don't even provide a product, the AI generation they provided was sub par, and primitive, you should instead utilize OpenAI and ChatGPT, it is free, and much much much better than anything this scam of a site would come up with

I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me.
On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.

Coverler is a scam or has recently become it. I used the app once. Then I wanted to cancel, used all the emails provided in their help sections to cancel as they advise however the emails bounced back because they don't exist anymore. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking anymore payments. PLEASE don't sign up up with them and make them rich. I should have read the previous reviews before signing up. I blindly followed a review on someone's blog thinking it was legitimate.

Coverler is a great program. If you don't like the letter they first generated, you can choose another. I used it to make cover letters and now I am employed. The only thing I would change is I'd like to see an option to cancel right on the app or site rather than have to email. That being said the process was quick when I did send an email.

Total scam. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account online. However, the company did not respond and continued to charge me for there services. Do not use them!

Like everyone else, I emailed the company the same day I signed up to cancel for a refund and also put an inquiry in through their website and no reply. SCAM! Their site is not what is expected, and it says 24/7 customer service, but there is none.

Yasna, Coverler has deliberately ignored my emails asking to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund (you have a 7-day policy). I have been charged twice until I had to deactivate my account, as I understand this is a common pattern with this company (classic scam).

Today is July 12th 2023, and regrettably I signed up for this service on July 10th, 2023 and like most people who did the same I was not happy with the service. Upon seeing their refund policy (within a 3 day window of signing off)...I sent an email AS INSTRUCTED on their website requesting a refund on the same day I signed up (July 10th). I've sent 3 emails and submitted a contact form on their website but no one has responded even to acknowledge receipt of my email. STAY AWAY from this service...ITS A SCAM.

This "company" is a SCAM.
No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges.

EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.

I created an account and was charged $19.95 for the one week but tried to log into my account to cancel and they cannot locate my account. My email cannot be located. I have the confirm email from setting up the account with the six digit code so I know the account was confirmed. I want to cancel as I am not satisfied with this account. I can't even access my account. I plan to contact my credit card company to report this transaction as a fraudulent charge and a scam. I am thoroughly disgusted with this website and service. I'm am trying to contact them through their contact us but have not been successful.

I was having hard time looking for a job and my friend suggested to try online services that help to generate cover letters for you. I tried coverler.com and found it really helpfull! I got positive responses from about 80% of the companies I've sent my letters to and already received invitations to the interviews from several of them.
Looking forward to finding new job really soon :)

No way to cancel and even after emailing to cancel, I’m still getting billed weekly! I’ve used this once and within less than 2 months it’s cost me over $120.

They don't allow you to cancel your account! I made an account and attempted to cancel, but there is no button on their website that allows you to cancel. I emailed their admin email but have not received a response. I've been charged $19 for a service I don't use and they will keep charging me. Complete scam!
