I ordered a boat cover on June 23rd and I was told the cover would arrive in 3 days. I was contacted on 06/25/26 and was told the cover was in high demand and OUT OF STOCK; The website promoted a three day delivery. I was headed to Travers City and I needed the cover right away and the reviews (Appeared), to be good.

On 06/25/26 I was told sorry that I trusted them to get it to me in three days, as promised but the cover will ship very soon. They also asked for a quick response in regard to a refund. I never asked for a refund, I need the cover ASAP so my equipment does not get ruined or so I don’t have major problems with mold/water in my boat.

06/28/26 I let customer service know that I had people coming north on Wednesday 07/01/26 and I need the cover by then. 06/29/29 I received an e-mail stating that the cover was shipped but I did not receive a tracking number. I setup a pickup of the cover for Wednesday, based on a promised three day shipping, (As advertised)

07/01/26 I received an e-mail stating that Fed Ex didn’t send enough trucks and the cover has not shipped. It’s 07/03/26, I still have not had a shipped cover, I have no tracking number, they took my money on 06/23/26 and gave me a $26 credit and I still DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

I just read your reply. I am not having any issues receiving emails from cover anything. There was never a tracking number provided in my email, whatsoever! This is the first time I have been provided with a tracking number. After receiving my review, you have just shipped my cover this morning. I am in belief that you just received that tracking number. I was promised the cover not only once but twice. The cover was just shipped today and I only received a tracking number in the review. That’s not ok. I understand one mistake but when you told me that it was shipped on Monday, I made arrangements for pick up of the cover on Wednesday, from my home; the cover was then going to be brought to me. The cover was not shipped and it did not show up, after I was given a date of shipment in an e-mail. That is not OK. I have an email confirming it. Why would this company tell a Customer something that is not true? That is not OK with me, nor anyone else for that matter.

I ordered a boat cover which turned out to be the wrong size. I reached out to Customer Support and they were quick and very thorough with their response and gave me a satisfactory resolution. Their product appears to be very high quality. Will definitely use them for future needs.
