I consider myself a careful shopper--I'm quite likely to create a spreadsheet in order to compare my options, reaching a decision based on the usual factors like value and point of manufacture. I chose Best Covers based on those criteria. I am enclosing pictures of the cover I ordered and recently received from your company (pictures attached) in order to tell you how completely satisfied I am with your product. I bought the boat new in 1988 and over the years I have had at least half a dozen covers. Of course, I can't predict how much longer I'll be around, but I don't ever plan to sell the boat, and I believe I have purchased my last cover for it. It is extremely well made. I'm especially satisfied with the reinforcements built into the spots (bow point and windshield corners) that have historically been problem areas. The other big issue I've always faced has been water pooling toward the stern after heavy rainfall. The strength of this cover enables me to draw it sufficiently tight to avoid that problem. A nice little bonus is that the color is nearly a perfect match to the hull graphics. Thank you for making such a superior quality product.

The prices were great I don't know about shipping yet cause I had not received the items but hopefully everything goes well with quality and shipping

I would have given it 5 stars, but I would like to know how heavy the cover is. I searched everywhere in the site, but found no answer. Recommend adding how much it weighs.

Easy to find model I wanted. Excellent descriptions of features of each for comparison. My model of ATV was listed. So far like what I see.

I will leave it to readers to review the complete email chain, which has also been provided to Bank of America and the Better Business Bureau.

A few points are important:

1. My concern was never limited to mirror pockets or a charging-port opening. My concern was that the cover marketed for my Rivian R1S did not fit as I reasonably expected for a product advertised for that vehicle.

2. I requested a return rather than an exchange because I had lost confidence that another cover would resolve the issue.

3. The central issue remains the refund process. I was initially told that my credit card dispute prevented a refund and was encouraged to cancel it.

4. After speaking with Bank of America, I was advised not to do so because the bank explained that cancelling the dispute could leave me without protection if a refund was not ultimately issued.
After I informed you of that conversation and stated I intended to file a BBB complaint, I received a prepaid return label and a written commitment that a full refund would be processed once the returned cover was received. I relied on that written commitment and returned the product.

5. Whether the refund is ultimately processed through your payment processor or through the Bank of America dispute process, my expectation remains exactly the same: that I receive the full refund that was promised after the product was returned.

I appreciate that others may read both of our responses. My goal is simply to share my documented experience so that future customers understand both the product and the return process before making a purchase.

I ordered a cover advertised as a guaranteed fit for my Rivian R1S. What I received was essentially an oversized blanket-style cover that did not fit the vehicle as I reasonably expected. It had no dedicated mirror pockets, no charging-port access, and was much larger than the vehicle.

One thing buyers should be aware of is that the website markets covers for many makes and models, but the reviews generally do not identify the specific vehicle for which the cover was purchased. As a Rivian owner, I found this made it difficult to judge whether positive reviews actually applied to my vehicle. I believe identifying the make and model in reviews would help consumers make a more informed purchasing decision.

The bigger issue, however, was the return process.

After I requested a refund, I was initially told that because I had opened a Bank of America dispute, they could not process my refund and urged me to cancel the dispute. After I spoke with my bank and questioned this, Cover Anything changed its position, provided me with a prepaid return label, and promised in writing that they would issue a full refund once they received the returned product.

I relied on that written promise, packaged the cover, returned it using their prepaid label, and provided tracking. After the product was delivered back to them, they again changed their position and claimed they could not refund because of the dispute.

My advice to prospective buyers:

Verify exactly what "guaranteed fit" means for your specific vehicle.
Don't assume reviews apply to your make and model.
Keep every email and obtain refund commitments in writing.

I have filed a BBB complaint and am continuing to pursue my refund through my credit card issuer based on the documented email trail.

Ordered product 12 days ago. Still don't have it. Was told it ships in 3 days on their website. Now I won't be home when it arrives. I would have been fine with the wait if I were informed it would take 14 days to arrive. I still believe the product itself will be great, but I wouldn't trust their shipping guarantee. FYI...
